Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

Cameron's #1 Fan
I am writing about our fabulous caregiver, Cameron K., who cares for my very elderly father. She began working with him about a year ago and we could not be more pleased to have her. She is unfailingly kind and supportive to him and to me. I speak with her regularly when she is caring for my dad and it is such a pleasure to work with her. She is always willing to follow directions but also goes above and beyond what is required. She sees what needs to be done and does it. She is engaged in her caregiving, and cares for my dad the way I would myself if I could. He is not the easiest person to care for but Cameron always has a smile and positive, light touch. He is really pleased to have her, too. I also really appreciate how she interacts with his medical practitioners and helps me to keep in touch with them and on top of his situation. We are so very blessed to have Cameron caring for my dad! We also appreciate all the folks at the New Port Richey office who help us coordinate Cameron's working with us; they are always cheerful and helpful. MANY thanks to the whole team: you make a somewhat difficult situation work for us and we are very grateful!!!

Our first caregiver wasn't the best, but Right at Home listened to us and sent us a young lady named Carol who was fantastic and handled my husbands needs perfectly.

I've been using Right at Home West Pasco for a year now and they're pretty good. What I like most is the responsible, caring individuals that they have. They will more or less tailor their services for you. It would depend on what kind of services you would need and are they capable of providing it. They provide very broad services. They can clean, they can do laundry for you and then shop for you, too. They take you out and around, which is possible, too. They are responsible. If they feel they can drive you, they will drive for you, but if the person who comes out to you won't, they try to help you think of options. I use them seven days a week.
Their heart is in the right place. Once they send someone out, I'm sure they hope that person stands up to their standards, but I'm afraid, they don't. I have caregivers who I could give 5 stars, I've had others I would give 4 stars. There are certain people that come out to help me from 7:00 in the morning to 3:00 in the afternoon. The majority of women they have sent out to me is a 5-star. I have no problem with them. When I have a feeling that I would rather not have that person, they send out again. They more or less try to abide by that, but not always. The gal that came out today, if I can have her five days a week, I would be lucky.

We have had several caregivers but Cameron far outshines them all and we are so very pleased to have her! She unfailingly is thoughtful, kind, considerate, intelligent, and very professional. She is as close to an ideal caregiver that one could possibly hope for, and we are so grateful that she is working with us. We feel very secure and confident in having her caring for our elder and being in our family home. We also appreciate the office staff who have been very responsive and accommodating to our needs and wishes. Thank you all!

My mother has been receiving services from RAH for almost two years. She is 95, legally blind and uses a walker. Deanna, her caregiver does a fabulous job keeping her comfortable, safe and happy. This is quite an achievement since my mother can be extremely difficult to please. HIghly recommend this agency!

The office staff was very responsive to phone calls & emails. The manager did visits to ensure my mom and we were happy with the services. My mom had about several different care givers through Right at Home every one of them was professional, kind, and very attentive to mom's needs!

Right at Home - New Port Richey, Fla. provided at home care for our mother for about 3 weeks. We were very pleased with the care they provided. The caretakers were very caring and professional. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of such care. The administration staff were also professional and good to work with.

Mila was really great with my Mom. Kay also made my mom feel very comfortable and they both were always asking if my mother needed anything. This agency provides home care for our mother, who is over 100 years old and cannot walk. Our regular caregiver is reliable and on time, and she is extremely helpful and pleasant. Our mother considers a family friend.
The agency has worked with us in the past with whatever issues have come up.

Right at Home caregivers have been with mom for about 2 months. The office communication is excellent. Mom suffered a stroke leaving her with paralysis and unable to manage on her own. Caregiver Lyn is with her the most and has been a godsend. She is caring and able to deal with somewhat of a difficult individual with compassion.

Right at Home has provided very good service for almost a year. The staff has been excellent. The quality of the aides I've had has been excellent, several have been distinctive. Zater has been outstanding and has anticipated my needs at all times. Chelsea has been excellent as well. Bubbles was very good as well as Halie B. I am certain that the selection of personnel has been due to the management by Renee. I recommend Right at Home highly as a retired physician of 50 years. I would have been pleased to have the aides on my staff.

I would like to stay with your organization, but it seems that people in management don't understand that I am my husbands caregiver 24/7. When I try to take 3 hours a week for myself, I make appointments to be sure I can do the errands I have planned to accomplish during the short window of time. This means I need to have your caregiver arrive on time. This does not always happen.

We contacted Right at Home about a month ago to request their service to help my 64yr old sister, who had a severe stroke last year, and requires 24/7 assistance.
The agency was kind enough to assign someone who is a Spanish speaker (my family is from Latin America and language is a barrier). We appreciate their gesture and having Carol, who is very professional, kind and very helpful with my sister’s needs, has somehow impacted my sister in a positive way, that now she seems to be motivated and eager to improve her mobility.
The ladies at the office are also very kind and are just a call away to help with your needs.

I was fortunate enough to get Kaila as my sister and Alma as caregiver. Kaila is kind, patient, and very careful, observing all safety precautions. She talks to my sister all the time, and so she engages her in conversations. The best part is that my sister is happy with her.

Marie is a quick learner. She does a great job and does it so well. She is proactive and speaks good English. I just love her and don't move her to another client. Out of seven days, Marie comes about 5 or 6. Marie is entirely different. She help me get in the shower, and everything else that she does. You can tell she just got a better brain. She must've come from the northeast. Marie is the only one that helps me in the shower. I wear compression stockings. I've been working with Right at Home for a few months now. I couldn't ask for anybody nicer. Marie is a very sweet person, I just like her a lot. I wouldn't mind her day and night. I always wait for Marie to shower me. She does a very good job, she speaks very good English. You can tell she's smarter than the others. She's right there. Very good. Finds things, does things quickly, efficiently and everything. I can't think of a negative for her. I hope they don't take away Marie from me.

We used Right at Home for my mother-in-law, and the service they provided were excellent. The caregivers were well-trained, nice, caring, compassionate, knew how to cook, and were really good companions. They took her to appointments as needed. They worked out very well for our needs at the time for a reasonable price.
