We've been using Home Care Partners for my mom. I really can't think of anything they can improve on because they have been amazing and have been a big help to me. They help with Mom's daily routine, clean her house, make sure she's got meals, bathe her, make sure she gets up and dressed, take her to her doctors appointments, go food shopping for her, go to the bank for her, and if she needs to go anywhere they will take her. They do her laundry and housekeeping. They basically do more of everything for her. The billing needs a little help since I haven't gotten a bill yet, so I know they need to improve on their billing skills. My mom is very comfortable with the caregiver and she loves her. I’d definitely recommend them. They're very efficient, friendly, and they tend to match your loved one up with a person who's very similar to their personality, which is what happened with my mom. Maddie is very bubbly, talkative, and helpful. She is the perfect fit for my mom. They obviously make their clients their priority and make sure everything is good.
