Life Touch agency is #1! I knew i had chosen the best agency from the 1st call. I spoke with the owner who I instantly had a good feeling about. She was compassionate and sympathetic of my situation. She listened to what services I was looking to have for I was looking for my Aunt and Uncle who recently moved to Florida and became ill. I am in New York and could not be there to help them get assistance. The wonderful woman made time to go and visit my relatives that same day! They had a wonderful visit and my relatives loved her! She found the perfect aide to help my relatives. She is so awesome and attentive to their needs. She arrives on time and ready to take on what is needed for the day. This caregiver takes my relatives to their appointments, and has assisted in making appointments for them as well! She's understanding and very caring. We could not have asked for anyone better! More than a caregiving service, Life Touch has helped us immeasurably with my mom as she wrestles with Alzheimer’s. They have assisted with securing better doctors for her, offered valuable advice during emergencies and ensured a safe environment in which she can still enjoy independence. Seemingly available any time day or night, they listen to our needs and requests and adapt as needed, working with us to help provide her stimulating, compassionate care. Sheri and Gina took very good care of my dad for over 6 years and made sure he got to all this doctors appointments and picked up his prescriptions for him. They also took very good care our his huge Gina took very good care of his very large house doing light housekeeping, they even went above and beyond by decorating the house and yard at Christmas and my dad loved that. They even took him to his physical therapy. With Life Touch taking care of my dad I could focus on continuing my education. Thank you Life Touch.

Life Touch was a Life Saver for me. They came in on a moments notice and Assisted my 104-year-old mother in many ways. Found her a great new primary. Allowed her to get diagnosis that I wasn’t aware of and treatment for the diagnosis. They handled her mail and billing and really kept the household running for 3 1/2 years. They were with her until the funeral home arrived. They are a wonderful, dependable company. Was glad to see them at the memorial.
