I have used First Coast R and R for almost two years, initially multiple days a week following surgery. With improvement, I gradually cut back but continue the service one day a week, usually with the same caregiver. They help me with cooking, light cleaning, laundry, and shopping. The caregivers, besides being great company, are efficient, friendly, and eager to help. The service provided by First Coast R and R has helped me maintain independent living within my home at an affordable cost. If you are looking for quality home care with a smile, check them out. I’m glad I did.

R and R is providing service to my mother. They are able to assist her needs as a companion and daily living skills. My mom has dementia and they try to engage her to keep her as sharp as she can be. They are always on time for shift changes and cover her 24 hours a day. Every caregiver is helpful, kind and considerate of her situation. I enjoy talking with them myself when I am there. I also find them to be very flexible when a change of service amount is needed. They were also able to help with my father before he passed away. I am grateful for their compassion and the security it gives me as I cannot be there often. I highly recommend this organization.

My caregiver has been with me for a year now. She has been reliable, punctual and dependable. She runs errands, cooks for me, and does laundry. We have become friends. I cannot say enough about this company.

I have had to use this company 2 times. Chris is an amazing professional who is readily available by phone or email. She and her staff are very caring and very dedicated to the care of the client Her staff has been professional, friendly and they are great at "fitting in" in the home. I found the staff good listeners..as the person I needed the help for .. loved to share stories of her life with them .

This company is extremely reliable. We never had to worry about a no show. Everyone they sent was experienced, kind and attentive to my mother. It couldn’t have been better.
