We needed short term full time care for our Mom when she was released from rehab after a short stay due to a fall. Our Care quickly found personable and reliable caregivers for us. As our Mom got back on her feet, Our Care was flexible in adjusting shifts and helped us keep caregivers for just the right amount of care. Ryan and the staff were efficient, responsive and a pleasure to work with!

We're using OurCare of Florida for a few months now. They're helping my in-laws with their day-to-day activities. It's mainly for my mother-in-law. They make sure that she bathes, they take her out for a walk, they cook her breakfast, and they make sure she has her morning medication. My in-laws absolutely love the caregiver. She goes out of her way. They have a nice rapport together, and my mother-in-law doesn't like a lot of people, she is an old stubborn woman. Everyone has been available if we need them for anything, which hasn't been often. I love the online portal where we created the account. I'm their POA, so I handle all kinds of stuff, whether sending messages, make a phone call, and look at any transaction history, it's all online and it is all there. They are very reliable and dependable. We know that the caregiver is going to show up.

I have been using Our Care of Florida for a few months now. My experience with it has been very good. They're pretty good at lining you up with the right caregiver that you can feel comfortable with and that you can trust. They're very good. I'm glad my case manager was able to find Our Care. They provide me with pretty much anything I need, back and forth to the doctor's. Here, they assist me on bathing and dressing because I'm having difficulty with those. They are taking me to shop and helping me do that. That gets me out of the house for a little bit. With this Covid19 and my health issues, I don't get out too much, and I stay primarily at home. It's the safest. This has been a good thing for me. My family feels comfortable with them coming in to assist me. I'm very articulated about it because I'm a retired RN. The care has been immaculate, I would say. One of the administrators is very articulated about checking and making sure everything is OK. She is also calling periodically, and I can always call her. I think it is good. I think the agency is what we need.

We have been with Our Care of Florida for two years now. It has been a very good experience. They do household, they do personal care with my wife, and they do respite for me. My wife is a fall risk. At this time, she is in a wheelchair and she needs somebody with her at all times. Most of the caregivers have been very good. Since my wife is fully aware, fully conscious and very capable, we're particular about who comes into the home. Our caregivers have been very sensitive and just very willing to assist us right from the beginning. They're good with their caregivers, and they're good with us as well. They're right on top with things. The people who are heading our care really have their hearts in it.
