Our caregiver goes above and beyond for my mom and has become like a member of our family. The office staff has been so helpful to adjust the schedule for my moms needs!

We have been with Visiting Angels for about 8 months now. The name speaks for itself. They are truly angels. I have a great team of 2 caregivers that come to see my mom 5 days a week. The difference they have made in my moms life is truly a blessing. My mom wakes up every morning happy and so excited that her angel will be coming out today. Knowing I can leave her with someone that truly cares makes my day so much easier that i don't have to worry if mom is in good hands. The office staff is great also! Kim came out and signed us up and she was amazing and truly cares.

I contacted this agency from a referral I received from a neighbor who had also used them and had nothing but positive things to say. I called for my sister who had end stage cancer. The Director Tina came out within an hour, went over everything in detail and signed us up to receive services. We had two caregivers that alternated, and both were absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to ensure my sister was comfortable during her final days. The office staff was pleasant and accommodating. There is no way I could have done without them. Their name says it all, they truly are Angels.

Care providers were often out, late left early. Communication with the agency was a nightmare. I would receive a call or text 15 min. Prior to arrival that no one was coming.(I m working, cant leave everytime someone calls out. That left my parent home alone. The lack of continuity and Communication is unacceptable. However there was 1 wonderful care give, worked a few times with us. Unfortunately fir her the agency is terrible.

It has been very constructive and helped me by having a caregiver that is reliable in a situation that isn't easy. I would say that they do what they say they are going to do.

They have helped me with laundry and cleaning. I couldn't do that on my own. Right now we are in between caregivers, and it's hard to gauge.

They have only been good to me. I don't drive, and they do all the driving for me. They have always been on time and have been conscientious about the care.

They help the most by taking care of things I can't do because of my legs. They are very good and friendly people.

We've had several caregivers. The current ones need to keep busy around the house instead of listening to their cell phones or whatever they plug into in the back room. The caregivers that come do pretty well. We don't like how they charge us. If the caregivers work one or two minutes more, we get charged a lot for that.

It was limited, because it wasn't that often. We did use them to prepare for doctor's appointments, but that wasn't what I intended to use it for. They are very professional, and the person they send out is very competent.

It was very helpful at the time. They were there when we needed them. They responded very quickly. They were very quick to get a handle on the situation and were very professional.

They have helped me the most by being attentive to my husband and making sure he stays on his feet. They make sure that he does not fall and they take care of his personal hygiene. I like that their personnel is so caring and attentive.

The book they gave me and the social worker helped keep me informed about the stages of death. They took really good care of my dad and always called me to check up on him.

I couldn't do without them because I can't get around without help. They are very high quality people. They have good manners and they have concern for the patients.

It has helped me a lot. I can't be here by myself without some extra help. I have had a wonderful time with my caregiver. We seem to have so much in common. They come, and we just talk a lot.

When the van didn't work, she cooked breakfast and did clean up. I thought 93 dollars for breakfast was a high price. It depends on whether the service is what the person wants. All I needed was a driver but I had to take a 4 hour block of service and that is too much.

They are a little like having the physical therapist here with the things they do. The Angel works with my physical therapist on my therapy. Visiting Angels is very personable and works very hard.

The people that come are so helpful with my health problems. They're interested in me and concerned about my health. They take care of my health problems as well as they can. They empty my catheter and take my blood pressure and pulse.

They could not be so expensive. The caregiver just comes twice a week but when she's here, she makes a big impact because she does a lot of housework without me having to tell her what to do.

I think they do the best with trying to match a caregiver to a patient's needs. Knowing that they are here allows my sister to go do things on her own.

It's working out well. I realize when we started having them come was when my loved one came out of the hospital. We had so many caregivers coming through. Now it is better. I have one caregiver that is outstanding. The rest of them are okay.

They seem to know their business and know what they are doing, and everything they do is followed up and organized. I have a lot of trust in them. They are very good at assisting at doing the things I cannot do because of my disability.

They were supposed to come for 30 days and only showed up for one. The caregiver called one day and said she had a flat tire. She was supposed to be here for me at 9 am and didn't call me until 9:40 am. She told me that she would be at my house as soon as she could but then at noon she called and said she wouldn't be able to make it. I'm stuck in a wheelchair and can't cook or clean for myself. It was probably the worst month of my adult life. Due to their lack of services, I had to pay friends out of pocket to do things for me that I can't do for myself. One person did all the intake paperwork with me and was as nice as can be, but nothing she said held up. It was amazing to me how awful everything turned out to be.

The caregiver would make sure that I did my exercises, and the first thing she would say would be to ask me if I had anything to eat yet, and she would make things for me to eat and take me grocery shopping. She was very good at making sure that I had something to eat and drink. I couldn't move and couldn't lift.

Visiting Angels provides around the clock care if one needs it. Visiting Angels has made my life easier because I am bedridden from surgery and I can't do anything.

My caregiver is a very nice person. She says I remind her of her mother. I look forward to when the caregiver comes. She is always there for me.

Visiting Angels was very efficient and friendly, and they made sure they were busy. My caregiver was good at staying busy.

The owner was very helpful and took an interest in the client. Visiting Angels allowed me to go away without worrying about the client.
