Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

I think the punctuality for taking care of someone because it is part-time.
I like that they account for the caretakers and take their time and I think there is accuracy and responsibility with that.

The caregiver gets me medicine, cleans and does my hair, and does everything else for me that I need, so it's very impactful in my life.

Right at Home is currently providing services for my father. Having the caregiver daily assures me he is safe and being taken care off while I'm at work. Right at Home is always available should I have any questions or concerns. I would recommend them to any family looking for care.

I need the service but if there is an emergency the agency doesn't do a good job finding another caregiver.
There is a lack of communication within the company. I don't know what is going on half the time with the schedule.

She comes in, knows what to do and I don't even have to tell her. She does the laundry, the floors, some of the kitchen, and bathroom.
They charge too much. I have an excellent aide - I don't want anyone else. Any time she can't make it I tell them not to send anyone.

Right at Home provides care for my mother who is recovering from cancer treatment. They were very professional and caring form the start, and my mother has developed a great relationship with her caregivers. The agency has been very flexible in adjusting the services provided to our needs. I highly recommend!

We have help with my mom. If we need a better giver or we need something, they give us what we need or have a conversation with the caregiver.
Whenever we call them, they call us back right away.

Reid and Miralys at Right at Home in Miami are the best. Getting help for my mom was of course, important, and from the start our concerns were heard and dealt with. They answered all of our questions, and even suggested a few things we had not considered. When we had an issue with her insurance, they assisted us, and were very patient during the process. The care my mom receives is wonderful and reliable, and mom looks forward to the company.
I am very happy with their services and highly recommend them.

The company provides services for my mother who lives at home. The caretaker has been an asset and has build a great relationship with my mother. She provides excellent care.
Whenever my mother needs someone to accompany her to doctor visits and I'm not available, the company goes above and beyond to make sure her caregiver is with her (even on short notice). Everyone is very professional and caring.
Before I hired Right at Home i had a difficult time finding someone to care for my mother. Other companies were not able to obtain reliable help for my mother.

The care they have provided has been wonderful and the aid that cares for my parents is kind and reliable. They also helped us get the VA involved in the care process since my father is a Veteran. As an out of state person finding the correct company to take care of my Mom was frightening and confusing. Right at Home worked with me in many different ways. My Mom was needing 24 hour care. One of the things I liked the most was their phone service. Mary was on the other end most of the time and she was heaven sent. Impeccable service. The people scheduled to arrive at my Mom's home were ALWAYS on time (I know, because we had cameras in her home and outside her front door). They always treated my mom like if they were family. I could either call the main phone number to contact the personal caregivers but I had most of their phone numbers if I needed to contact them direct. At the end of the day that's what we are looking for, and organized company that can be there with our loved ones and let them feel cared for. Communication with this company was key and they always worked with me to make sure Mom had everything she needed or went everywhere she needed to go. If you are looking for in home care, don't pass them up.

My mother needed few hours to assist her during the week. Both nurses during the 2 years were great. Office staff always responded on time via email or cell if any changes on schedule. The nurses were on time and did show interest on helping muy mother during their visits, Ms Iliana was the most involved, friendly and reliable, we will miss her now that my mother moved. Thank you all for a great experience.

Right at Home was “right on time” in providing the transportation to the hospital facility, support during my stay for the surgical procedure, and the subsequent transportation home and the ensuing home care; All in spite of the fact that none of the details of these various aspects of surgical care could be predicted in advance in terms of level and length of care needed, and the actual timing of the events.
The procedure was an outpatient surgery but complications due to various risk factors might have resulted in a longer hospital stay and/or unforeseen home care requirements.
On the day prior to the surgery, the assigned nursing aide contacted me by telephone to introduce their self and to confirm the next morning's schedule; and as plans so often go, later that same day I was contacted by the surgical coordinators and informed that the time of the early morning surgery had been moved back even earlier by one hour. This was no problem for the compassionate and understanding Right at Home nursing aide – picking me up at my home and transporting me to the hospital literally in the middle of the night.
All of these uncertainties were accurately and fairly taken into account in the initial care contract I signed with Right at Home to provide nursing aid’s staffing services.
I am very well pleased by the outcome of my care by Right at Home and I fully realize the importance of their service during surgical and other medical procedures planning.

The first person we had was phenomenal. The second person we had wasn't as good. She isn't a self-starter and she did not do anything around the house.
They are extremely responsive. I called them on the weekend and they had someone for me the next day.
