We have a live person on call 24/7 and an RN to oversee every case. We were disabled, so they were a huge help. They cooked meals and did laundry and made the bed. They did whatever I wanted.
I really liked the young Haitian lady who made the book of care. The lady who took us to a procedure was also amazing.

Right now they mainly help with driving, food prep, and cleaning for us, which is very helpful.
They seem very efficient and the fact that we can get continual care from them in case we need something more intensive later with the same company is very nice, so I'd recommend working there.

I am handling my mom on my own and she took a big turn in March, to me not being comfortable to leave her alone. They have allowed me to get things planned and done out of the house and know she is still being taken care of.
I think they have been very professional with the scheduling, invoicing and quality of staff that I have met so far.

It was horrible. The idea of having another person in our home was very awkward.
The people that came to her didn't seem trained in dealing with people with memory issues.

The man that we have coming is working out very well for us. I do not ask my caregivers to do any housework or laundry, I just ask them to take care of my husband and entertain him. The care has been a relief because I have been able to make appointments on the days that I know they are coming to provide care for my husband.
We had a problem day one with the first person that they sent us. I requested a man, but they sent us a woman and the scheduler told us that a man was coming. The woman was here for maybe 2 hours and she fell asleep.

The most important thing that the agency has done for is providing a caregiver that helps Nancy have a good time and looks after her.
I'd tell a friend that I like the caregiver that they sent because they are excellent and compatible with Nancy and has become a good friend with her.

The agency has provided me with an excellent caregiver which is how they have made my experience positive. He showers him, feeds him, and my husband looks forward to meeting him.
I like that the caregiver William is excellent and has an excellent rapport with my husband I feel comfortable with him.

We have a really good caregiver that is qualified.
I like that when I call for scheduling the person on the other end is open and willing to help. They are pleased to talk to me. I like that a lot.

It hasn't had an impact. They didn't have their vaccinations. The first problem they have is they want a guarantee for a certain amount of hours for a recurring. They need to come more than once. The person who came to see me was four hours away to come to see me. These are the things I just can't explain.
I thought the owner was great. They were wonderful people. I thought they were really good. I had good experiences with previous owners. It bothered me that they changed their rates. since I hadn't used it in 90 days they upped it.

It was pretty basic care that she needed, so it wasn't lacking but it was basic.
I was not the patient, but I would recommend them. I liked how well we were able to correspond with the management.

They help him manage his medication management. Katie helps get his pills, sets them up for him, and calls us.
They have the same staff, they have good communication from them too. They also don't have a lot of turnovers.

The girls are great. I didn't need personal care, so they did whatever chores I needed to be done.
Overall I don't mind the girls, they do a great job. But a few times the company wasn't clear on something and I had to pay for something I shouldn't have.

She is on time. I have her come on Friday. I have my hair appointment at 10am. She comes right at 8:30 and I get my shower before my appointment.
I have been very happy. The caregiver I have is punctual. She does a good job, and she works hard. I have had other caregivers come to the house, and the dishwasher needs to be emptied, and they didn't empty it at all. I am handicapped and I need all the help I can get.

I've had other nurses in the past that haven't been able to get my veins and will stick me five or six times. It was painful. With this nurse, I don't even feel it. She turned a stressful experience into something that isn't.
I absolutely love my nurse. She's fabulous and gets my veins every time. She's very nice and is always on time.

BrightStar representatives have always been available, responsive and understanding of this client's needs and preferences. Where explanations are desirable the owners and staff have displayed the utmost patience in effectively communicating responses to any of my questions.
I have come to understand the difficulties inherent in this type of service and appreciate the outstanding effort of a staff who just don't quit.

I don't like that I can't always do things at the time I want to because they're not available.
The biggest thing they could do to improve is that it doesn't seem they have people available around my schedule. It seems I have to be available around their schedule.
