Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

Right at home has been a Godsend! My 91 yr old mother insisted on staying in her home alone for years.
Finally after being on the wait list for state provided home care assistance my family found Sharon and company.
She paired our mother with the most compassionate and personable home care assistant I’ve ever met
( Tamesha )! My mother who previously refused any outside assistance
started looking forward to Tamesha’s weekly visits. Which we increased from once a week to twice for her care.
This gave our family complete peace of mind and my mother thrived because of the increased interaction. Tamesha assisted with ADLs, meals and some tidying up around the house, etc.
Right at home has exceeded our expectations in every way.They have been responsive and flexible in every way.
I wouldn’t hesitate to call Sharon or Valerie again.

We needed 24-hour per day, 7 days per week in-home care for our mother with dementia and increasing frailty. Through the COVID-19 pandemic, Right at Home Tallahassee was able to provide care despite the difficult times. Their staff are kind and caring. The more experienced staff helped guide us through many of the difficult decisions that arose, and the office has been very responsive to our concerns, needs, and requests.
We are glad that we chose Right at Home and highly recommend them.

My wife and I started using Right at Home for additional assistance for my mother and father last year. We were impressed with how responsive Right at Home was to their needs that they had with memory issues. Right at Home came up with a customized plan that helped to ease the burden that we had as caregivers. My parents appreciated the help they provided.
After my father died, my mother had become very lonely. We transitioned the care to companionship. My mother loved the visits from the caregivers and always looked forward to them. It was easy to tell that these caregivers truly cared for her.
We highly recommend Right at Home for anyone needing assistance for their loved ones.

We have used Right at Home Tallahassee twice in the last several years to help care for my mother-in-law. They were invaluable to making sure that my mother-in-law was well cared for and allowed her to remain in her home while recovering from illnesses. Having them help with her care gave my wife and her brothers the opportunity to return to their jobs with confidence that Mom was in great hands! Sharon matches your loved one with caregivers who not only have the right skills for the level of care, but also matches personalities of caregivers with the client. Staff arrive on time and Sharon makes sure that caregivers are there when you need them. If you need caregiving assistance for yourself or a loved one, this is who you want to choose.

My parents have been using Right at Home Tallahassee for about a month now. They are helping with medications, some light housekeeping, and providing rides to doctor's offices. The caregiver is very positive, and the staffing is great. We have a nursing student who's coming in, and they bill and pay the nurse directly. They do it by debiting my parents' checking account once a week, so my parents won't have to deal with it.

I’ve had the opportunity to use Right At Home’s services several times and have been very pleased. I’ve found the caregivers to be responsible and caring and the system to be well-organized. The caregivers are punctual, follow any specific instructions I leave, and call me to let me know how things are going at home, which is comforting to me while I’m away. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Right At Home came highly recommended to me by acquaintances. I am so glad I called them. The office staff handling my initial call inspired confidence and was so helpful. Then at the home visit the owner of the local franchise answered each question, was very compassionate and kind and assured me she would find a caregiver for my husband from her staff. She sent Rodney who was so very warm, kind and helpful for me and my husband. She exceeded my expectations and I always was happy to see her come. She cared for him with kindness and compassion and was very knowledgeable. I was able to leave the house and know he was in good hands.

I brought my husband home after rehab. Many people thought I could not do it. It was a major time of COVID and Christmas at that. My husband had round the clock for almost two weeks. Caring help was always there. I respect these folks so much.

This Agency has done an incredible job finding and keeping caring and compassionate staff. They arrive on time, provide comfort care, help with transfer, turning in bed, dressing, etc. We’ve been so pleased to have consistency during this difficult time. The Agency is incredibly responsive.

Right at Home has been great about being on time and coming on the requested days. They have been flexible and worked with us when we had to make changes with the hours of caregiving. The 2 caregivers we had were attentive and willing to do whatever we asked them to do for example getting our dinner ready, assisting with showers and going on a walk with us.
We would highly recommend this agency!

They are very kind and compassionate. They were very flexible with our schedule. It was very reassuring to know they were around when I was unable to be there. The sitters left a daily report as to what I missed and they were able to help my father up and down and to the restroom. Most agencies have helpers that are only able to get help for your loved one and they aren’t able to help by assisting them. Right At Home allows their employees to assist your loved one.

Right At Home provides daily home health care aids for my Dad, who is 90 years old. He appreciates their support and companionship and the RAH staff arrives on time. My Dad and I have positive interactions with staff. They are always ready and willing to provide any support needed for the help he needs at home, including fixing his lunch, encouraging him to drink more fluids, light housekeeping, cleaning his laundry and assist with shower. The agency has been very responsive to any and all of our families requests.

Words cannot describe how appreciative I am of Right at Home. Sharon and her staff are knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and respectful! I utilized their services while my Dad was home with hospice and their presence gave me complete and total piece of mind that his needs were being met. They also helped alleviate basic care pressure I would have otherwise felt on a 24 hour basis. You can place your trust in their hands and I will definitely be doing so again.

Sharon and her team were outstanding dealing with my mother after foot surgery. She had very limited mobility and they were patient and helpful during the entire time of her recuperation/rehabilitation. My mother can be challenging and they did a great job!

These caregivers are professional, courteous, and are very gentle with the elderly; Most are experienced, credentialed in skills required. We have Home Care 24/7 , so the required care is critical. Great team of professionals.
