I'm very pleased with United Homecare’s people and this is why: They care. They meet and exceed my scheduling and home caring needs. The CNAs who help my mom are not only well trained and hardworking, but also reliable, responsible, dedicated, detail-oriented, compassionate and empathetic. I highly appreciate and recommend United Homecare.

I have been with United Homecare for a little under a year. I have found them to be professional in all aspects of caregiving. They are excellent in dealing with patients and outstanding in regard with dealing with the insurance company. I have no hesitation in recommending United Healthcare to look after a loved one... Used to be a very good provider but for the past year their service has declined tremendously. Their HHA are very good but besides that nothing else seems to work efficiently. Took them over 3 weeks to process a prescription for an equipment that costs $35 at a local pharmacy; cant imagine something more expensive or requiring more paperwork. They always blame others for their lack of professionalism and service instead of taking action and fixing the problem

I was a care giver to my dad when he was alive and to my mom who is bed ridden and suffers with alzheimers. Both my mom and dad have been clients of United Home Care. My dad passed in February 2011 and up to the time that he was admitted to the hospital and even after his passing, the nurses, case managers, and the total staff were extremely kind, caring, compassionate to our family. This provider treated us with respect and dignity in our time of loss. My mom is bed ridden and her home aide provided by United is a God sent.
