I live out of town and Senior Helpers was an enormous help in taking my 91 year old mother to regular doctor visits. The service is reliable, the caregivers are attentive and warm, and the administrators are excellent with follow up.
Aleyda and Lynn have wonderful warm manners that put one at ease and inspire trust. I am forever grateful for the care that was provided by Senior Helpers . I highly recommend this service.

I've used Senior Helpers North Miami & Miami Beach just for two days now. When I talked to the owner, I told her that I'm just going to need it for some time, not always, because I'm home most of the time unless I have other appointments. So far, she sent me one when I needed the service, and it was OK. The only thing I am struggling with right now is the schedule. For instance, I called them to come in this week from 11 to 2 or 3 in the afternoon, so that's like four hours, but the people that she called were all working on the afternoon. However, their services so far are good. They would help my dad with everything he needs, like getting him to the bathroom, then back into the bed and so on. Barbara was also good and caring.

I am so grateful to have found Senior Helpers to assist in the care of my mother. The owner herself came to interview with me and my mom. She gave us explicit information and listened to our needs and concerns. She made my mom feel secure and safe. The caregiver that has been matched with my mother is everything we asked for my mom can't wait to see her. Thank you to Senior Helpers for the wonderful considerate and respectful care they give to my mom.

From the moment I spoke to Aleyda I felt how much she cared about her clients needs. My dad needed a companion for a few days of the week. So far we’ve been more than satisfied with the caregiver. On time and very caring.
