We're currently using SYNERGY HomeCare. The service has been great, and only one person comes. Her attitude is excellent, and her work ethic is great. The communication with the agency has been very good. The caregiver comes in, makes the bed, washes the shower, and makes sure the bathroom is clean. She doesn't need to be told what to do. We're getting a good value for our money. They're excellent, they deliver what they say, and they talk to the caregiver in front of me to explain how things are to be done; that's fine with me.
