We hired Superb Care for my father-in-law. They are really good. I cannot complain. They set me up with the company that enables us to pay for the in-home health care. The actual healthcare worker is phenomenal. She is awesome. It just has been a really good experience all the way around. She does some light housekeeping. She helps in getting my father-in-law started in the morning. When we originally hired them, my father-in-law could not walk. He is in a wheelchair, and he has to have help in getting into the shower, get dressed, and all that. He recently gained some of his strength, and he is walking with a walker now. He is now getting breathing treatments and help in getting him started.

We used Superb Care. They helped get my friend into her bed, changed her diaper, and cleaned her up. It was good and fine. The caregiver did a great job for 2 hours. She came promptly and did what they asked her to do.

Superb Care provided excellent service for my grandmother. I also recommended them for my great aunt. I would refer them to anyone and everyone. Everything was great. I had no problems. They gave us time to meet the person who was coming. It was exceptional work.

I have been working with Stephanie and her agency for 6 or 7 years. We've been working together for so long that her agency out at Fort Lauderdale (I've moved to Orlando) expanded just so that she can still be in my life because that's how satisfied I am. She makes sure that everyone that works for her clients is happy. I've never been unhappy. I've always been taken care of and always been cleaned. I have no complaints. She is just a wonderful human being and she makes sure she gets wonderful staff members. I have home health aide and personal care from them. They can do a bit of everything - grocery shopping, you can get picked up by them if you have a doctor's appointment to go to, do the laundry, clean the homes and cook anything.

I have been with Superb Care for the last five years as a private pay case. I have Cerebral Palsy and I am in a wheelchair. Despite these obstacles, I still have a very busy life. I am a part-time college student and I hold down a part time job. The owner Stephanie has been my rock. A lot of people are not like her, as she understands that I still have a life to live. She makes absolutely sure that I have exactly what I need in the staff that she provides. it's very important for someone to come into my house on time so that I can hold down school, work, and a social life. There has always been someone there when I need them no matter what time it is. This company exceeds my expectations and I would recommend Stephanie and her staff to anyone.

From the very first call, I was impressed with this company. The Administrator answered the call and then walked us through the process. Since we needed urgent service, Stephanie placed one of her trained & certified office nurses to stay with my mom for five days until the perfect caregiver was assigned. After using the company's services for a few months we decided to acquire care for our elderly Aunt as well. our Aunt requires transportation and companion to get to dialysis and other daily errands. Superb Care Inc has continuously provided these services with a friendly and very professional staff. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

First time needing this care so we really didn't know what to expect or do. The care specialist helped us navigate everything. They took the worry from us and let us concentrate on our loved one. The caregivers that came to the house were awesome. They treated my loved one like one of their family. This company has been terrific to us.
