“I am so impressed with both your expertise, integrity and management skills. Your caregivers far surpassed my expectations in taking care of my mother. I enjoyed meeting and watching each of them. All of them caring and interested in doing their very best. Not only will I recommend your service to our Hospice Group but to any of my friends who need this type of help.”
Debbie, Plant City, FL

"Thank you for taking care of Mom. Everyone in your company is so professional. I will be happy to refer your service to my friends and family."
Mike, Tampa, FL.

“Your caregiver, Paulina, is excellent. I told my Mom that ‘your friend is here.’ Mom got up out of her bed right away. I could never get her to do that for me in the mornings.” Karen, Riverview, FL

We have had an in home care for about the last 6 months. We were transitioning from another agency and were able to get someone in the home quickly. the company did a great job matching a caregiver with out needs. The caregiver that we received initially came in 5 days a week and then went to 6 (we require 7). We have not had to have a lot of contact with the company since but the caregiver has been awesome. She has been reliable, on time and takes very good care of my Mom. We have dogs and she even watches out for them, does my mom's laundry and cleans. She has become one of the family. We are so happy to have her. Thank you M and Assisting Hands.

The service is the absolute worst. Was literally told by one of the representative when I called to ask why my mother had no coverage or no one coming out to take care of her because they don’t want to pay overtime because they don’t have enough staff to cover hours. The representative told me “it’s your mom you can’t take care of her ?” If I could take care of her and didn’t have to work and we weren’t paying this company to take care of her I would and I would do so much of a better job because I would be consistent and ensure my mom had the best possible care. On top of her response she hangs up the phone. This company isn’t even professional and at this point I don’t even know if I believe that they are the #1. We have stayed because of the few nurses that my mother has become fond of but the company itself is horrible and wouldn’t recommend it for anyone you care about. Their lack of care of providing the one service they are supposed to be providing is mind blowing. They get paid to ensure their customers are taken care of and they literally fail at that. They don’t care and think that they solve the problem simply by not sending someone to take care of my mother. What kind of business is this?

Assisted hands is the worst company. If you need a caregiver to actually show up when scheduled you need to find another company. We are supposed to have someone everyday to come and care for my mom. Every week since January we had no cover 2-3 days. No call, nothing. In the real world if you don’t show up for work you get fired. This company is unbelievable.

Terrible management. When providers don't show up, no contact made to person needing care and frequently no replacement sent even when they say someone is coming. Also, unreachable on the weekends if there is a problem. Really horribly run business especially considering people really rely on them for care.

My caregiver helps me with housekeeping. She is always on time, works the entire time she's here. She is pleasant, courteous, and does anything I ask her to do willingly. I am so thankful for Assisting Hands and the wonderful people to help us do what we can't do very well anymore.

The caregiver that helps me with housekeeping is wonderful. She is very pleasant, a lovely Christian woman who always cleans and takes care of my house as if it was hers. I am so thankful for her. Assisting Hands home care staff is very helpful. I give everyone 5 stars.

The 2 caregivers we have are a wonderful mother and daughter team. They provide both personal and homemaking services for my wife, in a caring and cheerful way. They are like members of the family, considerate, friendly, and attentive to her needs. Very reliable and dear to both of us.

Both caregivers are punctual, very engaged with all aspects of mother's care, and her eyes light up when she sees them. She regards both as her daughters. I think she's happier to see them than to see me! They attend to her personal care and feeding with safety and compassion. On a scale of 1 to 10, they both rate a 12!

Mother's caregiver is wonderful. She's very good to give mother personal care in a safe and caring way. She is very clean, mother is comfortable and her housekeeping is better than mine. Mother is so happy when she is helping her, smiling and laughing. She is joyful. I can't say enough positive things about this agency.

Right now, we have Assisting Hands. A home health care worker comes and provides hygiene, toileting, and feeding. They're providing long-term care now. I have been happy with them. I don't have any complaints. I have been happy with their services. They're dependable.
