I was out of town, so they helped out with her while I was out of town since I was her primary caregiver at the time. The medical assistance was phenomenal.

We have had this girl for a few weeks and we like her. She helps her with showering. They are good. The girls who we have had have been extremely polite and on time.

They helped by just being there. We went through about six people there, and the one we liked was only available one day a week. The majority of caregivers were on the phone all the time, and it wasn't a good fit.

My husband liked the caregiver so I could leave for a few minutes and I knew they would take care of him. The caregiver had initiative. BrightStar called when someone wasn't be able to show up or was going to late.

I felt that if they did not have the supplies needed, that they could not do the job well. They were not prepared. I have used other agencies, and they should follow the notes that I have for my condition. These nurses showed up with nothing.

I would like the caregiver to stay off her phone and really focus on my mother. I would like the same caregiver to come every time so that I don't have to retrain the caregivers.

The aides always came on time and did everything I needed. The agency is very reliable with the aides that they send. The office staff always made sure I had coverage.

The people in the office have been very helpful in terms of finding me a caregiver. In these times, caregivers are not the best or dependable at times though that has nothing to do with the office. They don't want to work but they want a job. They always try their very best. The people in the office that I deal with always try their very best to find me a caregiver to meet my needs. If they cannot find someone it is out of their hands as they do their best.

They are doing the best that they can do, there's nothing else. It's mostly the patient. They are fine. My biggest thing is the communication between the nurses and the doctors about medication.

I was out of it when they came and they only came three times, but it was a relief to have them there and they did what I asked. They just didn't always know what was happening. The office didn't communicate that to them. The company needs to improve on their internal communication. There seemed to be a disconnect between the office and the caregivers.

We are still getting used to the whole thing. My mother needs help cleaning up, and they help her out with that. I need to submit the paperwork to long term, and I still don't have what I need. I'm having trouble getting the paperwork.

I reduced the services because my parents aren't thrilled with having people in the house. It's not about the agency; it's just my parents' preferences. I'm trying to get my parents used to having caregivers in the house, but there isn't consistency in caregivers. I know it's difficult to get someone to commit to a few hours once a month, but I'd prefer some consistency in that. I'd like more communication. In the beginning, while I was figuring things out, I was waiting for phone calls and for people to get back.

They can keep providing the same service they do now. They can have better communication with the aide. They can give us the telephone numbers of the aides. They can call us to tell us how it went.

It depends on the person. The person there during the weekdays seems to be really invested in my mother's well-being. We have had some problems with people not showing up or not showing up on time. When they are there, someone is caring for my mom so I feel good about that.

I'm not getting as many calls saying my father has fallen. I'm a lot more at ease knowing someone is watching them. After I got through the initial scheduling and hours, it was a little overwhelming. Once things were underway it was great. Everyone is very nice and caring.
