Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

My caregiver could have a greater impact if she could have constant availability to come the day she is supposed to come. Generally speaking, she does a good job. When she's here, she does a good job. She does my wake-up time and she helps me get up out of my chair.
The agency needs to improve the availability of the person coming to care for me.

Right at Home could give me a new body, but they are doing a fine job right now, and I am pleased with their care of helping me to get in and out of the shower.
Right at Home does what they say they will do, and they follow up on my hygiene needs.

I need continuing care for my husband with dementia. I can't function without the services! Having these caregiving services is immensely helpful, and I'd be a prisoner without them.
Having people quit has been unnerving, but it seems to be an industry-wide situation. They were very good about keeping in touch.

They have come to me and asked me if certain things were changed, if it would be better for me. It has improved everything for me. It has changed my life so much and made it so that I can actually do things.
I would recommend them because it is outstanding care. Everybody who has come to my house has done an exceptional job. They care for the client like no other company.

I have been using Right at Home for over eight months to assist in caring for my wife who suffered a stroke in spring of last year. I have always found the caregivers to be very professional, punctual, compassionate and attentive to my wife's needs. The office staff is very professional, responsive and flexible to my requests. I highly recommend Right at Home of Longwood/Lake Mary if you are searching for an in-home care agency. You can't go wrong with them!

Most of the people are not very good but he has a couple diamonds in the rough. They are good people. One of them is a lady named Gale and another is the one I am using right now since Gale is booked up is named Natasha.
The owner, Rob picked me up from the hospital since I did not have a ride and took me to my house where I had a person waiting.

This depends on the caregiver. I train them myself.
They help me get into and out of bed.
I would recommend them. They are average. I would like to see them give us caregivers that have a good basic knowledge of their job. That is hard for them to provide.

They are interactive. She does senior exercises with her.
They found someone that fits my needs for my mother-in-law. I had a dog, and I needed to make sure they were taking care of my dog. I hired them to come on Saturdays. They found the perfect match.

If my loved one didn't have the services, I wouldn't be able to work.
There are some caregivers that don't look at the total picture and don't consider everything. They don't always think the process through. I love the regular caregiver.
