The CNA she has right now is fantastic. I like that I can always get a hold of someone and they solve all my problems.

She was dying and they were just wonderful with her. I felt assured and at ease knowing that they were there. They were very caring and compassionate.

The caregiver has helped in every way possible. My mom needs help in all ways so the caregiver helps the most with things from getting her up, cleaning her up, diapering her, and brushing her teeth. I like that we have an excellent worker. They're very friendly and very caring people. The lady they send to us every day is excellent.

They have provided me with an excellent caregiver. I am very happy with the caregivers that I have had recently.

We got Mazaltov for my father before. It was a good experience, people were very friendly and very helpful. We got them for 7 days, and they provided basic assistance like getting him out of bed, taking his vitals, and just being there in case he needs help. The same people came in 12-hour shifts, they were always on time, there were no issues, and the cost was higher than I could afford in the long term, but it was competitive with the others.

They help my loved one the most with personal care. I don't think that they really consider the needs of the patient when selecting the people that they send here.
