We began using Always Best Care over a year ago when my mothers declining health and lack of independence required more care than we could provide. It has evolved into 24 hour care. I have found ABC to be a life saver. They make every effort to fill the schedule with caregivers who are familiar with my mother’s situation. The caregivers are so kind, proficient, responsible, and attentive and in-tune to her needs and changes in her condition. They are on time and reliable. I’m very thankful to have found them at a time of great need and appreciate their care through these final stages of her life.

Entrusting a third party with the care of a loved one is not an easy concept to achieve. However, when my grandmother's dementia progressed to a level that could no longer be managed on my own, I sought Alway's Best Care to lighten the burden on myself as I work full time and could no longer provide the care she needed or deserved. The company has been providing 24/7 in home care for the past couple of months and I could not be more pleased with the support, passion and assistance provided by both the caregivers and ownership. The company clearly has a drive to help others which far surpasses competitive companies in the area. Although my grandmother's dementia is progressing, I have noticed improvements socially, cognitively and physically since entrusting Alway's Best Care with her care, so much so that I have recommended this company to numerous friends and colleagues in the area and we have all reached a similar consensus regarding their exceptionability. I cannot truly express my gratification and support for this wonderful group of individuals, but I would like to thank you all for your hard work and compassion, as it has provided a light during one of our darkest hours.

We used Always Best Care for my father when he had knee surgery and needed someone around to complete his daily tasks while my mother and my siblings were busy. The caregiver was very kind, always on time, and was a big help, even though my father can be stubborn sometimes. The care was affordable and I wouldn't have chosen anywhere else. The office staff was also very easy to work with and made communication easy. 10/10 recommend!

I was shopping around for In Home Care for my spouse. After phoning several senior services I called Always Best Care. Ellan answered the phone and I knew right off that I was talking to a very knowledgeable person that really cares about your needs. When it became necessary for my spouse to go to a memory care facility, I called Ellan. She researched and located several facilities near my home that had available rooms and met my price requirements. She scheduled an appointment at the facility of my choice. She was present at the facility for the initial interview and tour of the facility. I appreciate Ellan for caring and helping me with my spouse through this difficult transition.

Always Best Care provides a daily caregiver to help me with my husband who has re-occurring throat cancer and Parkinson's. I use the Home Helper Service. Their staff is punctual and does a wonderful job. Our caregiver helps with many of the things on the lists and is thorough and professional. When I call the agency they always help immediately or return my call quickly. They send out helpful articles and tips dealing with the best way to be a caregiver. We recently got information on hurricane preparation from the agency since we live in Florida. I would highly recommend Always Best Care to anyone that needs a caregiver. The person will be highly trained for what ever level you need.

When my mom had to come live with me the agency realized she was a veteran and that she was probably eligible for VA assistance with her care. Marlyn called us and got us in touch with a firm that specializes in taking the disability application and getting it pushed through in a fraction of the normal time period. My mom was awarded the help in just a few short weeks! So very thankful for Best Care Jacksonville!

Very helpful in providing long term planning assistance and giving us guidance on some of the best places for my mom when she was looking into senior living places. Guided us when Hospice was involved and what to ask at the end. We never had to worry knowing Marlynn and Always Best Care was there if we had any questions.

Ellen guided me through the selection process and helped me understand what would be the best choice for my mom. I learned so much from her and trust and value her opinion. Ellen was always quick to respond to my calls or texts. With Ellens guidance,, I was able to find he best place for my mom quickly. She is full of resources and knowledgeable, kind and genuine. I am very grateful to have worked with her.

I have been using Always Best Care for approximately 6 months and I couldn't be happier with the level of care and professionalism we have received. My husband has Parkinsons Disease and a rare form of Dementia which has made him unable to use the left side of his body and for the most part he is unable to talk and communicate. I have two caregivers that come during the week, Indie and Charmarie who are both the best. They are always punctual and very dependable. My husband has always been so strong physically and mentally, and to see him as he is now is difficult. My biggest concern for him was his comfort level since he requires assistance with everything he does. Indie and Charmarie are so sensitive to his needs both physically and mentally and that has never been an issue for us. Their help has made our lives so much easier. I honestly couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the care he is receiving. I also have to mention that my dealings and interactions with their office staff has matched the care we receive here at home I feel so blessed to have them by my side.

We engaged always best care for several months for care of our mother. All caregivers were professional and top notch! We occasionally had a problem when a caregiver was not able to make the appointment but that was rare. We were extremely happy with most of the caregivers! The caregivers took care of helping with bathing, dressing, preparing meals and taking our Mom to activities.

After making the difficult decision to move my mom to a memory care facility I was faced with the equally difficult decision of who will care for my mother when I live in Atlanta? After numerous interviews and countless hours on the phone, I decided on Always Best Care- Jacksonville. The owner Marlynn was very knowledgable about so many things, addressed my concerns and made me feel so comfortable. We have used them for close to two years now and my mom is thriving. They have lots of activities and are always willing to address any concerns that I have. I don't know what I would do without Always Best Care!

Before we became a client of Always Best Care Jacksonville, my mother-in-law was bored, lonely, and confused. Now that she has a regular caregiver visiting her each week, she has more stimulation and engagement. We have really noticed a change in her spirit! She seems happier and healthier! Meals are more fun now as she has someone to chat with. Her appetite has increased and she feels stronger. She looks forward to her Caregiver's visits and loves being chauffeured around in her Golden Years! Staff is extremely responsive and caregivers are on time!

For 2 years Nurse Jen has organized my brother’s medication and does a general health check every two weeks. Organizing the meds is more than just filling the pill boxes - it includes making sure he has the proper quantity and dose of each med and authorization from his many doctors. When we first hired ABC, my brother took 19 pills each day, so it was no easy feat to make sure everything was in order. Jen is a gem! Our family appreciates the care provided by Jen and ABC.

The agency is providing 24/7 care for my father. The staff is professional, caring, and supportive of his needs. They take the time to become familiar with his specific health issues and interests. We especially appreciate their caring nature and feel that he is safe while in their care. He has made excellent progress under ABC's supervision, becoming stronger, gaining weight, etc. The "care logs" provide us with information about his status and details. It is very useful to have online access at any time to the input provided by the caregivers through the "Clear Care" website. It's an excellent source of information and communication. The agency responds to all requests in a timely manner.

Our caregiver was kind and so helpful to the family. She was wonderful and help our mother get out of the house to do things she couldn’t do herself. Made her feel more alive. Would definitely recommend their services. The caregiver was always on time, and everyone work with us to provide what was requested

The staff was accommodating to our needs, friendly, caring, and punctual. The agency held everyone to high standards! If we ever had a concern or problem, it was addressed immediately. They also recommend only quality long-term care facilities and my mother is very well cared for.

ABC was a huge help to us during my mother’s terminal illness. We began our conversations with them over a year before we actually needed them. At that time, the owner, Marlynn, came to the house and sat down with us to answer all our questions, so that when the time came we were ready. Over the 5 months that we used then, the staff was kind and communicative. The caregivers were great and formed caring relationships with our mother. In addition to caring for her bodily needs, they played cards with her, listened to music together, and cooked her lovely meals. We had a couple bumps along the way with scheduling, but ABC worked hard to make sure someone was always there. I’d definitely recommend ABC to anyone with a loved one in need of care.

The agency is always responsive to my concerns and special requests.
