They are professional and easy to work with I have had their services about 2 and a half years. I have live in help with one 5 days and nights and one covering the other 2. The one working does not leave until relieved by the other. We have had situations but have never been left without someone here from the Agency. Our caregivers are both outstanding and have become part o.f our family. I could not take care of my wife without them. They do what ever is necessary and never complain. My wife is truly dependent on they and they laugh and giggle at times like they are teenagers. The Agency has been great to work with. They have handled the paper work with our Insurance company.

This company is easy to deal with and their employees are caring and steady. We have used this service for 5 years and we still have the same person.

We have used Loving Care for almost 3 years. They provide overnight full time care for my Dad who had a stroke. The care givers are wonderful. They are very responsive to my Dad's health care needs. They arrive on time. Loving Care has been excellent to work with.

We had two different caregivers from Loving Care in Home Services because we had them seven days a week. I wrote a letter of commendation to the agency because I was so proud of the care they gave to my sister. They were always here early and stayed their usual time and did excellent work. The representative from their agency told us upfront that they're here for my sister and not as a maid service, which I really appreciate, because other people think differently.

The caregiver from Loving Care In Home Services was adequate. We just need her to make sure that my husband takes a shower, takes his medicine correctly, and gets fed properly. She is suitable for that level of care. Right now, they're excellent.

I used Loving Care for 8 weeks. They had really poor service. I had to let go of a caregiver because he wasn’t really doing anything. He left, but he also took away my stuff. The next caregiver was kind of arrogant. We had two others that weren’t bad but weren’t great either. They were very lax in the personnel that they hired.
