Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

I'm a quadriplegic. Other caregivers don't have the ability to actually Hoyer lift me in and out of bed on her own.
I wish their communication were better. They tend not to call back when she won't be there. The caregiver is wonderful though.

I'd recommend Right at Home more if they had more backup caregivers available, as well as letting people know earlier if someone isn't going to make it.

Everything is good except for the staff consistency. We have different caregivers all the time.

It is very helpful. The agency has been helpful by sending people that can help us and our situation. They take care of my husband and help me in the house.

When the person was here, they communicated what they could do and how long they had to do it. They were clear cut about how to accomplish what needed to be done.
It was really just the scheduling and the communication issues in their office.

I'd like the scheduling to be improved. It should be more consistent.

It has a major impact because when they don't have consistent scheduling, it affects my schedule at work.
They should be more consistent with their scheduling. We were promised one caregiver and one week later, they took her away and now she only comes two or three times a week.

The person that has been coming twice a week for bathing has established a rapport with my mom. My mom looks forward to her coming and visiting with her. I appreciate the time that person takes to make my mom feel special.
They are very easy to work with. The quality of the staff is excellent.

It allowed me to have some time where I didn't have to worry about her. They bathed her, which was very helpful to me. It was nice to have a couple hours to myself. It took so much pressure off of me.
Everybody was just so helpful. We had several people, and they were all like that.

The caregivers were very good and attentive, I would recommend them greatly. But the office staff has not made life easier. They are good people but they are not efficient.
They are a good company, and the caregivers are good, but the office is not that efficient and they make a lot of mistakes. It is an awkward situation.

We have had Right at Home for a couple of weeks now. They were able to find us a caregiver immediately, and everything is fine. The caregiver we have is excellent and doing great. She's perfect for the job and does everything to help us around the house. It is being paid for by Medicaid.
