Everything! Home Instead was recommended to me when my mother was on hospice, and now we have continued the care for my Father. I can’t say enough good things. From the first meeting, to the care that is given - the level of care and responsiveness is beyond what I could have imagined or expected! They must put so much care into the hiring process. They seem to have people that are like angels and really care about the people they are caring for. With my Dad in another state, it is a blessing, gift and comfort to know my Dad is well cared for!!!! A couple of the caregivers have gone well above and beyond in caring beyond “a job”...they have gotten him to help mix a cake mix (not something my Dad would normally even think about doing) and go in his pool, and play cards and chess with him, and some cook wonderful meals for him. Good companionship, which is so important to well being. They keep Dad and his house clean, and they work for him, and are respectful and keep his dignity and encourage him to be as independent as he is able. At the heart of the matter, they seem to care about him as a person, and treat him as a friend. I can’t say enough good things about this company. When my mother passed away, our contact person and a couple caregivers actually came to my Mothers funeral, which meant a lot. They are always there when you needed them!With my Mother, and now my Father needed 24 hour care, we have had several different caregivers. In the rare time that a person was not a good fit, they worked with us to get a new caregiver. Easy to get a hold of if issue and quick to work to resolve. The agency has been reliable in everything they have promised. They call if they have questions or if providing information. My caretaker is always punctual, caring, observant, able and willing. I depend on her to remind me of and perform regularly scheduled functions. She is a jewel!

We have caregivers coming 7 days a week 365 days a year. Because of this arduous schedule, we have seen multiple different caregivers and everyone has been punctual, professional, caring, and an absolute blessing to our family. I will also say that the office and administrative staff are equal to their caregivers performance and I have always been well informed of every piece of information related to my account and fathers care. The agency helps to take care of my brother by cleaning, taking my brother shopping and sitting down to talk to my brother keeping him company. My brothers care giver is always on time and works very hard while she is there. She is a very responsible and caring person. I speak quite often with the caregiver she keeps me updated on my brothers well being. The agency is very professional and listen to all my concerns. I would recommend homestead to anyone looking for a caregiving agency

My mom is 91 and lives alone. She has fallen and forgets to take her meds. Home instead visits twice a month and visits with her and helps with some light house work

We would have wanted to know if we could have just 1 or 2 caregivers as it is to confusing to have multiple caregivers throughout the week.

Everyone is so accommodating, no matter who it is, the office staff or the CNA's, We have not had one bad experience. I would and do highly recommend Home Instead Senior Care.
