We've been using KCL Home Health Services for six months now. I like that I can get a hold of one of the supervisors. I got their cell numbers, and they're dependable. We have them three days a week right now. We have them on a continuous schedule and it's worked out fine. They're here Monday, Wednesday, Friday, from 9:00 to 1:00. The caregiver comes in to make sure mom is bathed. She does some laundry, she does her grocery shopping, she fixes some lunch, she does some light housekeeping, whatever other things need to be done. I really don't have any complaints.

My mom has been utilizing KCL Home Health Services for a few months now. I like their attentiveness. They've called during the time when both of the hurricanes were about to happen to ensure that my mom had everything she needed prepared prior to that happening. They're very caring, and they think about things ahead of time. They're there between three to four days during the week. We've been very much pleased with their service and the attendant who takes care of my mom. She's really good with her. They were very good at matching the right person with my mother's personality because older people can be a little difficult, but they really took the time to match her with somebody who can handle her temperament. That is a critical part to have the right attendant or care person coming in. It makes it easier for everyone.

My husband has been using KCL Home Health Services for three weeks now. We've been using them every day. They take care of him, they help him walk, they give him exercises to do, and they shower him. They do whatever he needed. I was able to go grocery shopping. They stayed with him and gave me some freedom. Every one of them was lovely and attentive, and I think they went above and beyond. They kept telling me to relax and they would do things. They were very nice.

Cleo and her company were highly recommended by someone who worked with our Hospice company who used her business for their own family member. I have been feeling like I have been fumbling along since Mom came here after a pretty bad third stroke. And this end of life journey with my Mom was never really planned for much as her and my Dad were not great with long term plans, and she had been busy herself with caring for my Father who died of ALZ while Mom was having strokes (and not wanting to move to FL while my Father was alive. ) Cleo’s company and Cleo herself, has been there from the first moment I contacted her company. Treating me the caregiver with compassion and as a person in a difficult position. They are excellent at caring for my Mother and using mercy toward me. She has had the CNA’s here promptly and during two emergencies once when I pulled my back out, and recently after I goofed and asked the CNA not Cleo’s company to add a day, helping me figure out a schedule that might work better for us all until hospice can help more as Mom continues to get weaker and decline. You will be well pleased with Cleo, and her company. And I have to say a big thank you to her CNA Monette (if you get her she is lovely too). Monette was here for a bath visit when suddenly I could not wake my Mom. She stayed calm held my Mom’s hand while I got my phone to call hospice, as my Mom was struggling to wake up (possibly due to not eating) and I was kind of a mess. Her hand holding and possible praying worked. We ended up being able to change Mom after giving her a drink and a bit of some Italian ice, then after her cleaning & change, she perked up. I am very grateful to Cleo and her CNA’s giving us more moments together before my Mom leaves her tired body behind. Call and hire Cleo’s company you will be happy you did, and so will your loved one.

Dealing with Cleo and her aides has been a very good experience. The coordination of aides and communication has been top notch and everything promised has been fulfilled. Especially when it came To doctors visits and the aides would not only Help get my father there but Cleo who coordinates everything also attended a visit to relay information to us . The aides are very patient and provide every service my dad needs and we are quite grateful. Every has been on time for every shift. Whenever we have a questions day or night , the aides and Cleo respond quickly.
