I cannot say enough good things about Home Care Assistance. I started speaking with Monica C. last September and we spoke at least 3-4 times before my parents were comfortable enough to make the leap of home care assistance. All along she was patient, informative and kept what was ultimately best for them always at the forefront of our conversations. This focus still remains 6 months into the service. We have been so happy with both caregivers that have come to our home and Monica has stayed current with my parents special needs through out the whole process. Both caregivers were extremely personable and supportive while remaining professional. It has been a very tough year for my family and very stressful for myself at times because I live very far away and I have felt Monica and the caregivers have had mine and my parents back every step of the way.
