After only a week of aide service, Unified Pledge Home Health Care asked for an increase per hour. Also, when the final bill came the hours for the aide were more than the aide had worked. Needless to say, the people in charge did not honor the correct hours but refused to call and discuss the difference. I paid the amount of the original bill but will never recommend this agency to anyone. Very disappointed in the performance of this agency and the people in charge.

My experience with unified health home pledge was excellent. They were available 24/7 for questions and concerns that I had. The nurses were very kind and knowledgeable and I felt a sense of security when they were providing home care. I would recommend unified pledge home health 10 out of 10 times!!!
