I would like the aides to my improved, the ones that were just here did nothing.
I would like the aides they send to be improved, I think they need more medical training.

I just needed someone who could do transfers. At one point they thought they could and then said they couldn't.
I had an issue about them doing transfers and there were some confusion about whether they could do transfers.

I needed to have someone with her so I wouldn't have to be up all night with her.
The agency was hard to get them to respond. One caregiver was out for two weeks, and no one was sent to cover. If anyone was out, we were out of a caregiver.

It relieves me from having to do a lot of things for my mother.
I would like to be able to have the phone numbers of the staff who come over. It's hard for me to get my head wrapped around the idea of having someone caring for my mother, but I can't have their phone number.

They should do more housekeeping. They could make the beds and do the laundry.
They could help with other things a little more, and not just sit around.

They got a perfect fit with a caregiver. It was an instant success. They were good about notifying us if there were changes in the schedule.
I thought they handled themselves very professionally. They had wonderful staff. The director was hands-on and helped us pick the right fit for my mom. They have a good covid protocol.

You didn't have to tell them what to do, they just did it. They made our jobs a whole lot easier.
If they say they are going to send someone, they actually should.

They could have more communication. I haven't heard from them much.

They made life easier. I didn't have to worry about falling since they were here to help me.
