They are very helpful, and they take care of my needs. The main thing is bathing, so they are around and make sure I don't do that again.

They were very professional. I could go out, knowing my husband was in good hands. They wanted to do more, but my husband wouldn't let them.

They did really help immensely in getting the client to where she is needed.
Besides meeting the owner originally, it was hard to get in touch with the office.

They were wonderful with my sister. They helped with everything because she could not move during the last month of her life.
The girls are absolutely wonderful but the management itself never submitted the two bills to CarePlus. We still have not had those bills submitted.

They did a good job and didn't cause any problems. My daughter got my license revoked based on nonsense but I couldn't prove anything.
It is not anything wrong with the caregiver, she did a good job. They are just too expensive.

The aide basically does everything I need before I even ask her to. She reads my mind.
The owner has been here whenever I had a question or needed help, and they were quick to answer. The aide has been wonderful.

My situation is unique and has been a challenge to find someone who can accommodate my mom's scheduling requirements. They should do a good screening of the caregivers.
They are very personable. The owners are very malleable and willing to work with their customers.

With the caregiver there, I had peace of mind, and I knew someone was keeping an eye on her because I could not be there.
They were very, very cooperative and helpful. They did great follow up.

I don't think grandma sees it as a good thing, but we do. It alleviates the pressure. She needs to be taken to her appointments.

They are immeasurable. They empty the trash, clean the apartment, go by the bank, pick up the mail, and everything I need.

I can communicate with them, which is crucial when I am home-bound and handicapped. I like the communication that we have, and I don't have to deal with a wall of silence.
I like the director because I can speak very clearly to him, and I like the young lady that they send here. I am very happy with SYNERGY HomeCare.

SYNERGY HomeCare is a well run company. I've dealt with other companies, and they don't communicate well, but SYNERGY HomeCare does. SYNERGY HomeCare's services are helpful because they've sent me a caregiver who does what I ask them to do.

I would tell others that SYNERGY HomeCare is a good company because I feel the dedication of the owner trying to make sure that the client's needs are met. They try to understand the client and what their needs are. My mother isn't taking the services very well. It doesn't mean that the services are bad. My mother is having a hard time from going to living independently to having someone help.

So far, my grandma has been very happy. She has a caregiver that is accommodating, on time, attentive, and detail-oriented. My grandma is picky, but she loves her caregiver and they were actually born in the same town. The caregiver is able to get my grandma to her appointments on time and she really enjoys the interaction with the caregivers. It is also very helpful to our family because my husband and I are very busy with our business.

The Miami SYNERGY HomeCare is better than the one here because the caregivers that I had in Miami were higher quality, and they got things done. The caregivers should pay attention and not just worry about their comfort.
