Home Helpers provides non-medical home care to seniors and anyone recuperating from illness or surgery. We help seniors live life their way in the comfort of home. From a few hours a week to 24/7 care, we'll tailor a home care plan to fit their lifestyle with the flexibility to change as their needs change. We are there when you need us!

I do not think that I need home care, but my family thinks I do. I am visually impaired, and the girls help me. She is very nice.
I like that they are very flexible. They are always there when I call.

They help him a lot with his personal needs and care since the caregivers are so competent and can anticipate his needs which is very wonderful to have.
I like the people they send over as they try to do what they need to do always, and the company seems to be selective in their hiring of good quality people.

The caregiver that was not a good fit was horrible. She left early one day without telling me and my mom had an accident after she left. She was always on the couch and sprayed perfume all over. They got me a new caregiver, though, so that was good.
I like that they are really flexible with me and my schedule. I had a lot of changes and they were really good about it. They have really good caregivers.

They take care of all his needs, help him shower, and get outside in the neighborhood which is great. They even sometimes prepare some food for him.
I have already recommended them because of the quality of care and their willingness and ability to get help for us, which has been great.

It's more of a love-hate relationship, because my parents don't mind the help but they just feel like they are in their space.
I like that they have bedded the employees and they can do just about anything you want them to do.

Everyone I spoke with was helpful and it was an easy setup process.
I live in a different state so I cannot recommend it to anyone in Florida. The caregiver was on time.

Right now I am very happy. In the past it was not as good, but the caregiver now doesn't need to be told what to do, she just does it.
They are outstanding now, but some in the beginning I wasn't happy with.

They do things that I just can't do like the laundry and the cleaning and types of things like that.
I like that the folks that come out I have been using for 3 years now and they are super helpful and super kind and wonderful.

It makes my mom's life a lot easier because she's my dad primary caregiver and it makes life easier for both of them.
The people they send for my dad have always been on time, and there's always someone there.

I couldn't do without them at this point. I have heart problems. I need somebody watching me every minute of every day, and they watch me real close.
I like the girls that come out and help me. I can reach out to the office if I have a problem. They're good to the girls.

The most helpful part of the services is that I know that we don't have to worry about the client while they are here.
I like the people who came out and evaluated the situation. They have sent caregivers out and told us that they can change things out if they are not a good fit.

Home Helpers provided exceptional service to my sister. Before moving to an assisted living community, a caregiver would come to her home and help with a variety of activities.
The caregiver was always on time and was very professional. She was treated with compassion and constant attention. If there were any changes in her care, these would be done promptly. Home Helpers would be an asset to anyone would requires assistance. I highly recommend the services of Home Helpers.

There were some things that they couldn't do because of the physical limitations.
They are pretty easy with scheduling. Matching aides with clients could be improved. Some of the aides had physical limitations.

The person we got was very thorough. She did the best that she could do for my mother.

My husband was in a wheelchair, and they made it so I didn't have to haul it everywhere. They were ready to do the heavy lifting of things.
We started with them initially so that they could take my husband to and from appointments. The woman they sent was really caring and kind. They are very reliable, and the van was well kept and clean. They were on time and responsible.

I think they saved her life. They are there. She was released from the hospital by herself with dementia. She got the care she needed and food. She was going around the neighborhood begging for food before.
I like their responsiveness. If there is ever an issue, they are quick to respond.

I like how they listen to the customer. They accommodate if they need to find a replacement or if I have a last minute care needed, they're able to find someone.

The caregiver assists my husband with his exercises and she helps me too.
Our caregiver does anything that we ask her to do. She makes our bed and changes our linens.

The caregiver is absolutely superb. They have a great personality and they prepare meals.

Marilyn comes every week to my elderly parents, she is a miracle for me and my brother, who live out of town. I can not really express how much I appreciate her help and she is so kind and caring. Debbie is wonderful in picking great and caring helpers.

I have peace of mind knowing there are caring people there to help my mom. They go above and beyond with their care. I really appreciate how they check on mom during bad weather, etc. to make sure she is OK and doesn't need help. I also greatly appreciate the emails and phone calls with progress reports on my mom's condition.
