The people who have come have been good.
I would like to see uniforms and consistency of who comes instead of changing the caregiver. I need to be called when someone can't come.

The agency could improve on coming more often, since that would be much better.

They have helped the most by taking care of her needs when I am not available, and they will do whatever you ask them to do.
I like them because if something occurs and a worker cannot come, they replace them or they giver you a call.

It is a 24/7 operation. I'm a lot more comfortable with a professional person at home. I couldn't do it without a company like theirs.
It's better than average, but still not completely perfect. Overall, the care has been good to excellent.

One of the caregivers almost killed me because she let me walk across the street alone, I am blind. They were just hiring people of the street that wanted money.
At the beginning they were dependable but after a few months it went down hill. The caregivers quit or left.

The provider has helped her with her disability. They seemed to help her when she went downhill, and were there when she needed them.

They make it a lot easier. The only trouble is that the first girl was supposed to come and didn't show up. The other one was good though. They were good once things were straightened out.
We don't hear from the office very often, and that could be improved.

The caregivers have allowed me to focus on caring for my baby instead of having to care for both my baby and my mother-in-law. They have also allowed my husband and I to be family members, more so than caretakers.

The caregivers could be on time and do their jobs, help out more around the house and care for the patient.
The agency could work on getting the staff on time and having the staff not be on the phone and take care of the patient.

They provide the girl here for four hours. She always spends two hours on what needs to be done.
The girl who is working here is young, and she always asks me what I want done. I am used to working with older caregivers.

The staff in the office and the caregivers are not on the same page as far as knowing what they can offer me. Most of my nurses have been great, and have done what they could to help me.
They need to be more responsive to my calls and hire people who work in my area. They do not have enough staff.

Our caregiver calls out too much, for one problem or another.
With COVID and everything, there's a lack of employees. It's hard to get a caregiver I can rely on. It's not SYNERGY's fault, though.

Kathy and Jackie and Amanda and they were great. They were actually helping and doing things without being asked.
I like that they help me a lot. I wish they would take me places. Sometimes I need to go to the grocery store.

They need training for some of the health aides, mostly in washing their hands.

I would like a caregiver who knows how to deal with a dementia patient, I would like an experienced caregiver.
They need more quality people that they are sending us.

I think he liked the caregiver alright, one was really good. We had some who were really good and would help in any way they could. Other caregivers we had to say exactly what to do and they didn't cooperate at all.
We had a hard time getting people to come and to keep that person. Our caregivers kept changing or wouldn't show up.

Having the help no matter the quality is very impactful, but I have to still go and do things that I would expect to be done by the caregivers. I don't believe that they are following the list that is given.
We had a lot of trouble in the beginning with communication and scheduling.

It is really amazing. The people are amazing when they come out. They take care of him so I can go to doctor appointments.
They could let us know the schedule. They could let us know when the caregiver is coming in advance. Once they tell us the schedule, they shouldn't change it without calling us.

The current caregiver goes above and beyond.
We've had a lot of issues with the caregivers calling out and the caregivers not being replaced. The communication is not there.

There are some times when my mom needs assistance with being fed and getting that help.
Each caregiver varies in skills, and in my case, we receive services in the facility where my mom is. Some of the caregivers do not seem to adapt to the facility very well. They seem to want to work just one on one like they are in a home, and I have seen that some of them do not treat each client equally.

I only had the limited experience before she was getting other care at rehab and in the hospital but when they arrived to take care of her they were always on time.

They could have come in and do what they were supposed to do like sweep, mop, and do my dishes. I live by myself so I did not have a lot of dishes to be done.
The caregiver would just come in and sit for four hours after I got out of the shower and would go on her phone.

I never had to call the office and say a word, I had no complaints. As time went along it was fine. The caregiver helped with washing, dishes, cleaning, vacuuming and tidying.
I enjoyed the caregiver I had. I enjoyed her care and everything she did for me.

They're here on time which allows me to get to work on time and not have to worry about getting him bathed or anything.
They could have better back ups. Whenever the primary caregiver isn't available, I'm not able to get a substitute.

The people should know pretty much what to do without us having to tell them to do this or do that.
They are usually late or they do not show up and they cannot find somebody to replace them and all that.

The girls stay right with him. He's having trouble walking and is getting slower. The caregiver walks behind him all the time. That's impressive to me.
I like that they're always there when I call. Some places don't do that.

They would tell me about things that I didn't need to know about. It was aggravating.
They could have better training for the nurses.

They weren't trained and didn't know information they needed.
They never made appointments and kept them, and they sent me unqualified people. My husband has Alzheimer's and dementia and I needed someone to stay here with him while I went and out and did some chores but it felt like I was babysitting two people. They sent someone here that was sick with a cold and was new with the company. She didn't know anything.

They need to have more staff and they need to be on time.
They need to hire more qualified individuals and they need to not come to work looking like they are going to the club. That is unacceptable.
