My therapist was very good and really cared about me. I was very well-prepared for my physical therapy when I left BrightStar Care.

I would tell someone that the caregivers from BrightStar Care are well-trained and do a good job. In essence, BrightStar Care acts as a babysitter for my loved one and helps her get to bed. She has pretty severe Alzheimer's. I don't think that she is fully cognizant of what is going on, but they certainly save my wife and I time.

I don't know what I'd tell someone. BrightStar Care does good work. BrightStar Care did everything fine for me.

BrightStar Care did not tell me that all they would do is on the care plan, they would come for a little while but then the caregiver decided to only do the dishes and clean up. BrightStar Care could have had a greater impact on my life by being more upfront about what they were going to do.

The doctor who works with Brightstar is also the doctor for my client, friend, and patient, and this was all seamless and happened perfectly. It’s a rotating four guys 24hrs a day; they are charming and wonderful, and they care of my friend. He is kind of functional, and they are to make sure he doesn’t wonder off the reservation. He didn’t take his meds for a day, and then he got violent. He tried to hit the caregiver, and the caregiver’s first reaction was "How can I help Kenny to not hurt himself?" They are nicer than I would expect people to be. I was just amazed.
