Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

Right at Home office manager was very professional and easy to talk to.
I called and ask about services they provided and their office manager explained everything ; I was able to sign up with them the same day. Our service started the next day with everything running smoothly. Our caregiver is very patient with my dad which helps alot since he's never had a caregiver and wasn't sure he wanted one.
Thank you Right at Home for putting my mind at ease knowing my dad is in good hands. Especially since I'm out of state and is not able to assist.

Right at Home has been my constant homecare for the past 2 years. I started out with 12 hours a week with companion care and now I'm almost at 24/7 every day. Thank you to the office staff for listening to my complains, demands and for finding perfect caregivers for me. I know I can be very difficult at time. Thank you Right at Home!

We have been with Right At Home for 4 years and we are very happy with all our caregivers.
My mother has 24/7 whenever one of caregivers have an emergency :we are immediately informed and given replacement in the same call.
Right At Home provides caregivers that are knowledgeable ,certified, insured and have a clear background check compared to other companies.

Our mother speaks only Vietnamese and Mandarin therefore we worried about finding a right caregiver for her. Right At Home has multicultural employees ; which worked out excellent for our family since communication was not an issue anymore. Our family is very grateful we found Right At Home.

I was in a dilemma trying to find a caregiver for my mom in the night time. Luckily, I found their agency on google! The office member was very efficient, and nice on the phone and they were able to provide an aide for my mom on such short notice. I am very happy with the agency.

We have very good luck with Right at Home. They send very nice people. There were a couple of caregivers that my father didn't get along with, but they replaced them. Unfortunately, his girl that he loves had to go north and so he is on replacement right now. He is hoping that she will come back because he loves her. Right at Home have been very good about sending somebody to cover for her. They help him out with laundry, cooking, and helping around the house. Also if he has any kind of medication like a rub or ointment, they help him put it on.

All aides are very sweet and caring. Ruby and Althea are outstanding and go above and beyond! Some of the other aides seem less confident to physically assist. Also, other aides have left the room. I know I was there but I assume they do the same when I'm gone.

The caregiver is very lovely. She is smart, caring, funny and helpful. She thinks of things to help out with even before I ask. It's more than one can expect from a home health aide. The company set the benchmark for others. It has been a wonderful experience from the time I met with the staff member for assessment. I was confident that I would be taken care of.

I had a good experience. We were very happy with the caregiver. The staff came promptly for the assessment. The caregiver came on time as expected and took great notes in caring for my mother. I would certainly recommend Right at Home to all the residences of Kings Point or to anyone that would need home care services.

The caregivers have all been wonderful and great. The office staff is amazing and very pleasant! The nurse checked on us after the hurricane and made sure we were okay, which was so sweet. The staff always looks out for us. I would recommend them.

Positive. She took care of my husband. She helps with driving and looked after him and gave him lots of attention. Our caregiver, Mary, was very helpful, a self-starter, she didn't have to be told what to do. She was also very attentive.

We had several choices for homecare from the rehab center, but we decided to use Right at Home, as the company provides workers' compensation to their caregivers. This will protect us from any liability should the caregiver get hurt on the job. The experience was great. The staff and owners were very responsive. We would highly recommend Right at Home. We will even tell our family doctor and orthopedic surgeon to use Right at Home.

The company is very good and pleasant to work with. We are very happy with our caregiver. The owners are very prompt and send in our care notes and invoices to the LTC Insurance weekly. This allows us to receive checks from the insurance company regularly. We love the arrangement. We give Right at Home the highest 5-star rating.

I had 7 caregivers from Right at Home. They assisted me with transitioning from Whitehall to Stratford Sunrise Senior Living, and then back to my home. They assisted me with cooking, light housekeeping and companionship. It was my absolute pleasure to have met them and spent time with them. I would recommend anyone looking for in-home care to Rght at Home. I trust them 100%.

This company is a lifesaver. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to help our family in our time of need. We were desperately looking for a special food delivery for a sick relative in the hospital. Plus, it was the middle of the night and every other store/service was closed. Right at Home answered my call immediately and were very professional and attentive to my needs, listening to each and every detail of our request. Amazingly, Right at Home was able to locate the food we needed and deliver the meal to the hospital on time.
It is so wonderful to know that there are companies out there who are as attentive to customer needs, professional, and caring -- who will come to your rescue when it seemed almost impossible.
Our family is so grateful for your help, excellent professionalism and customer service. We would recommend Right At Home to all our friends and family and anyone who wants their loved ones in good hands. They are the most professional and caring company. What a rare gem. I've only been using Right At Home for a short time but they have gone above and beyond to meet the needs for my mother. Because of our unusual circumstances we have made it a little more challenging than average and they have met every challenge with patience and professionalism. I gave them a 4 out of 5 stars only because our relationship is still new but I think I see a 5 around the corner.
