Full Continuum of Care BrightStar Care of Delray Beach offers a full continuum of personal and professional home healthcare for individuals and families. BrightStar offices nationwide help keep parents and grandparents in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. We provide every service available at a nursing facility in the comfort of your loved one's home. Each BrightStar client receives a complimentary personal in-depth assessment conducted by our Registered Nurse. We then create an individualized plan of care that meets our clients’ unique physical and emotional needs – a plan that strives to not only improve their health, but enhance their quality of life. This process, along with continual oversight by our nursing staff, helps us ensure the right fit between our clients and their caregivers, and enables us to quickly modify a client’s plan of care as their needs evolve. We are not a Registry or Referral Agency. All of our staff and caregiver’s are our employees.Every caregiver and nurse is a W-2 employee. We pay Workers Compensation, Social Security taxes and all required income tax deductions and contributions.
Fully bonded and insured for Liability and Malpractice to $3 million per case.

When I came home I couldn't even lift my arm to brush my teeth and I can do more than expected because of their well-guided help.

The most helpful thing has been that they have become a second hand in my family. I lost my wife recently, and the aides have held things together.
I have no complaints about it, but nothing has really stood out. They are here for support, both emotional and physical.

I can't say I wouldn't recommend them, but I don't know if I would. The thing I ran into is that when I started with the last person, they had sent four different people to see me to take me to a doctor appointment, and none of them showed up. I had the last person for over a year, but when she left, so did I.

They do what I tell them to do. They help me with my laundry and my bedding. If the organization focused on communicating the information they take down when they meet clients, it would be better. They don't communicate with each other.
I can't stand a disorganized company. I'm elderly and I can't tolerate incompetence. They don't have common sense.

We called five different agencies on a Sunday night desperate to find someone to be with my mother in the emergency room. Every single one said that since I dont have paperwork with them, they couldn't help us, except for BrightStar. They put me in touch with Lily and the manager, and she met and stayed with my mom from 8 p.m. until 3 a.m. without even charging us. They followed up with us and became a family friend, and I would give them the highest recommendation.

My mother was becoming paranoid and violent and they were key in getting her to a safe place. They handled it really well. They are enabling my mom to be independent. Without them, she could not independent. They provide me confidence that my mom can continue to live independent as per her request.
