I would like to see better communication would be a lot better, I have not been told who my caregiver is going to be in a while. I am working on it now I would like to be reimbursed by my insurance company and I have been asking for a while now for them to send the bill to the insurance company, and they have not done that.

I have back problems and numbness in my feet and all of the Comfort Keepers have done everything I have asked without any problems over the years. Everyone I have had so far from Comfort Keepers is friendly and does what I ask to do and I enjoy having them as a companion.

I am getting older and I need someone that is younger that I cannot do anymore like making a bed. I like the fact that the women who comes is always on time and prompt.

We found the agency during COVID; I could not get to my parents' home. I liked how thoughtful they were with my folks and I felt that they were being taken care of. When I called the agency, they were willing to help me and my mom for the time that we needed. They helped me find someone for a couple hours a week. We are glad they worked with us to find what we wanted. They do a lot of follow-up. With my folks, there was a scare with COVID, and I felt like they really care about my folks. Our caregiver will go above and beyond, even when my dad is difficult.

I've had spotty service from them. I had a lady I had to call the police on. One woman came in and asked me if I didn't want my TV. She was trying to buy it from me.

They need to have more girls on staff and in the Volusia county area. They have a hard time getting them out to my mom. We are now getting different girls everyday. They told me after a couple of weeks we would keep the same girls, but that isn't happening. My mom needs care, and I can't have someone call me the day before telling me they aren't coming.
