It just gives me peace knowing somebody is with my aunt to take care of her.
I think they should give their people a little rest time. They need to give them days off.

They listen when I complain about things and get it fixed when something goes wrong.
I like that they have good communication for me, and my dad seems to like the one aide they provide.

They could've provided people who were capable of doing the job.
The second caregiver left in the middle of the night and left my cousin alone. My cousin fell out of the bed and the ambulance had to come.

IT has made me anxious because some of the caregivers are excellent and others are not so much, but the ones are good. I cannot function without them.
I would like to have more of the same caregivers instead of just getting different people. I had a very bad time getting people on time. Sometimes they just wouldn't even show up.

They are making my life easier now. I am getting a series of radiation and after five weeks, they are driving me to the hospital and waiting for me. When I am finished, they take me grocery shopping or take me home.
I like that they are very anxious to please.

It has been a little wishy-washy. I don't think they are doing a poor job but they are not doing a great job either. They could do a little better.
They need to improve on engaging with the client and making sure they are taking their medicine and things.

They have a bad impact. One of the person coming to my house said call if there were problems and I called and they did nothing about the problem.
The workers should do more work.

They could attend to her more. They were very expensive and they did very little for my mother.
They did not engage with my mother. The caregiver was on their phone multiple times and talking outside.

If I did not have them during the day, I would not be able to work.
The people are pretty nice. If I call them for any reason, I can talk to anyone and they will help me.

There are a lot of issues we have with them. Some staff has not been competent at their job.

The last one that came went over time with the laundry because he did not gauge his time properly. I did not let him leave until he finished.
The main thing that they need to improve on is hiring people that know their job and love it. It may take paying them more.

The aide only comes out once a week, so it doesn't have a huge impact. When they are there, they are helpful, but they are only there for a few hours.
This evening, they couldn't find an aide to visit my in laws. There was no one available.

It's the worse care that I have seen. They could not leave when you are paying for 24 hour care.
They can improve everything. They need to improve communication and vetting of medical staff.

They were there overnight because he gets up to use the bathroom. Having the person there got him back and forth without falling down.
They seemed to be reliable. They always showed up.

They help with washing the clothes, which is a big help to me and my spouse. My spouse doesn't have to worry about me so much.
I like the ability of the employees. I'm able to talk to them, and it's nice to speak with those people.

They could have sent people who we knew and people who weren't trying to run the whole show.
They send new people every time they came, so it was hard to get used to the same person coming regularly because they are not the same person every time.

It's kind of hard when you have a different person every time because I have to explain everything to them every time.

They have made a huge difference by enabling me to go to work and knowing that someone is here with my mother all day.
They are very good about when there are new staff members to come over and introduce them to my mother. That is a service that I think is above and beyond.

The service was adequate. Please do not use this company if you intend to use them for a long term care policy (reimbursement). They submitted nothing to the insurance co. then pretended the person who submitted it was no longer with the company. The stress of not being reimbursed was a significant contributor to causing my Father a stroke.

They are helping a lot but we have only been here for a few weeks. The woman who comes is just incredibly competent in a whole bunch of ways. She helps me get the house under control. She'll help me, help David, help pick up the house, and does it willingly and competently.
My problem is that we have not used a previous service so I do not have anything to compare them against. I would say more communication from the main office. Sometimes we have had someone show up that we weren't expecting and a warning would have been nice.

I don't get that many of them, but they're good and come in at a usual time. They try to be attentive to my needs, and ask questions about what can they do for me.
Most of the caregivers give good care and ask what they can do for you, while some others just come into work.

We tried for a long time to have them give us two particular caregivers. One of the caregivers was really good, but they told us she was in a car accident. Then they said she was fired. If it wasn't for the current caregiver we have, we probably wouldn't be with this company. They could have given us the caregivers we wanted from the beginning.

My loved one wasn't sure if they wanted the care or not but the person that I talked to was very nice and told me to do the paper work just in case my loved one needed the services. They stayed with my loved one while they were asleep.

I had used BrightStar Care twice because I had both knees replaced. The initial caregivers that were sent to care for me were not qualified. I expressed my dissatisfaction to BrightStar Care and was pleased that two people were sent that were far more qualified. The second time around was a lot better because I spoke with BrightStar Care's coordinator and told them about my first experience. The services made a positive impact once I got the right caregiver. The caregivers were able to take me to doctor's appointments because I was on pain medication and could not drive due to my knee.

I would tell someone that BrightStar Care responds immediately, and they make sure my dad's needs are taken care of. The caregiver will give my dad a shower and keep him safe in the shower.

BrightStar Care is a company that you can count on. I felt confident in BrightStar Care after talking to them. I was completely at ease. BrightStar Care saved me. I just had a hip replacement, and so BrightStar Care was crucial in providing the necessary care for my wife. It sounds ridiculous, but BrightStar Care was perfect in their services. I couldn't have been more satisfied, and my family couldn't have been more pleased with how BrightStar Care was able to help my wife.

Our family is currently using the services of Colony Care at Home for my Dad. Their staff is professional and courteous and they really understand the importance of being flexible with their clients. We have been very pleased with the care that my Dad has received and their team is willing to do anything they can to help us.
