They gave her some very good physical care to the extent that we didn't have to worry how she was being care for along with emotional assistance all the time.
The staffing manager, Tasada, did an excellent job in always trying to find an aide for my mother who would be amazing which we appreciated.

There has been some issues where caregivers came but had to leave so I had to make up the gap.
The best thing about them is the woman who does the scheduling. She responds really quickly.

The first young lady we had didn't talk much, but she didn't have to. I had her clean the bathroom and my daughter went to look and reported to me, it wasn't cleaned at all. The second lady that was here did a very good job. I don't have her here anymore because my normal helper came back.
We had one young lady who was here who was not the greatest. The other lady we had was wonderful. It's pot luck I guess.

They have helped organize certain parts of my home, they provide for me excellent meals, and they help with laundry. They help me with things I really can't do.
I like that they listened to my needs as I understood them. I also have a superb person.

It has really helped us enjoy ourselves while we were away, while knowing that he's been taken care of.

The caregivers make sure she eats, takes her medication, go to her doctor's appointments.
They have been very accommodating when I needed the extra help.

We originally loved the caregiver, but then she just disappeared. In many ways we were very dissatisfied. The services are on hold, not discontinued, for now since Anne just had a stroke.
They could have better communication and willingness to provide an alternative caregiver if someone isn't available.

I liked that we often had really good staff that came here. We had someone here when he passed away to give him CPR until the police came.

I was able to actually work when they were here. There was some stress involved because I was not sure about when they were coming, if they were coming, did I have to pay or not, etc.
They need to improve their communication and the type of caregiver. She sounded like she worked more with the elderly than with younger children.

She had the security of having someone in the house if she needed help.
They were extremely responsive as soon as I requested the help they looked into how to get someone. They were kind and helpful. They really made us feel that we were doing the best we could do for my sister. They care about their patients and the family who is helping them.

I gave them a list of duties I wanted to have done. I know one of the girls has the list, but I don't know if the other one does.
It may be partly because of COVID, but their last two caregivers have been their newest hire and they weren't there long.

They have to step back a lot because she's still at a point where she wants to do things herself. She does what she can, and they are just here to help her when she gets stuck.

It was four days. It helped us out because we were in a pinch, but it wasn't great. We were calling back and forth all day because she didn't seem to know how to handle things. I didn't feel like I could just leave. I came almost every day.
We needed someone immediately, but it seemed like she wasn't trained very well.

The services have been wonderful. My father does better when his caregiver, Sandy, is there to get him started in the morning.
I like that they have done exactly what they said they would do. They are very reachable. Peter is very pleasant and is never annoyed if we have to call. They are very understanding about our need to change the schedule.

They took over. My father is bedridden and needed to be cleaned and fed in bed and that is beyond me because I'm an older woman.
They were very responsive. My brother called them and they responded right away. They came to the house and went over everything.

The agency can have help when it is needed. They lie since they claim they have help but don't send anyone. They can be more thorough on the people they send.
They can have better personnel help that knows what they are doing. They should be taught about the field they are in. They send people from the street without any training. The elderly need help.

They provide a service that takes care of my folks in their 90s and they are struggling so having someone there who understands how to take care of them is helpful. They give me peace of mind.
I have been very fortunate to have great caregivers that have given my parents great care, and they are consistent.

My mom has dementia, so she lives in a certain reality that they need to respect. The aides don't always respect that. The agency entrusts the aides, which are diverse group of people. Nothing seems to change after they apologize.
They need to improve their communication and quality of employees.

It has to do with who they match with who. When I ask them for help or for someone to come in, I think they just ask whoever wants to take the job. They don't match them up with that client's needs.
They could do a better job of fitting their clients with a caregiver.

They're all very nice and the care is very good. They help with basic life assistance. I got in an accident and I can't use my hands. They help with food, hygiene, and other things.
All my needs are met. I would recommend them to other people.

They should let me know if a caregiver isn't schedule or isn't coming.
I've had to train many caregivers over the last four months. Sometimes the caregivers are only here for a week. I don't like training lots of new caregivers.

When we were making the decision to get me 24/7 care, I was just horrified. I didn't want somebody in the house with me! It didn't take me long to accept the fact that the help was needed. They are friendly, loving, and careful.

Some of the people were very good, but sometimes they just hired anybody. The more I got to know these people, the more I learned that they weren't screened well. I did like the owners, though, because they were very nice.
They need to have certified people. They sent out too many street people that were uneducated.

It was different between people. Everyone has been great, but one was not a fit. The one that was not a fit could have been better trained. She was all dressed up like she was going on a date. The others were all hands-on and would play card games.
The first aide we had was so good. She was on time and dependable.

I am very happy with the care my mother recieves from Synergy's Caregiver. She is always on time and goes above and beyond to keep her happy and comfortable. I could not ask for better care if I was to give it myself.
