I think Home Helpers was excellent. I find them very reliable and I can always count on them. I called and they always have their caregiver ready to come and take care of my wife. They were very very compassionate and took good care of her. The caregivers were very good. The management of Home Helpers was excellent as well. I never encountered any problems with them.

I've been with Home Helpers for about a year. They're very very good and I like them. They're very accommodating to my schedule and they're good in finding people for me. They agree with our price as far as what we were looking for. My dad passed away a year ago and I needed someone to stay with my mom because I still have to work. We interviewed a lot of people and Home Helpers seemed to be very good so we went with them. The helpers were very caring. One girl has been with me for about a year since I started with the service. I've talked to Susan a number of times. She was very helpful and takes care of things right away.

Home Helpers was recommended by my mother's long term care insurance company. They have been just wonderful and helpful. She's been using their service since February or March. Right now she needs a little bit extra care because her back is hurting, so they make all the arrangements. They've just been great to work with. My mom thinks her caregiver is great. They sent her out to do a meet and greet first to see if she was going to work out, and they hit it right off. She comes anywhere from 3-4 hours a day. She does some housekeeping and fixes her food. She'll take my mom out grocery shopping or if she just wants to get out of the house. She's a lovely lady. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody.
