I need to have some Monday through Friday because I work, and sometimes they can't find someone who can cover. I have had to miss some work because of this.
I like the caregivers they send.

They need to communicate with me when they don't have a caregiver and find a replacement. They have not done well with that.
They could improve on their communication and having replacements when people call out.

The girl that comes does her job very well. But she didn't really communicate if she could come or not. She had to stop coming later on.

The nurse aides treat me really good with respect. They get me clean and feed me.
They are great, they are understanding and they help me out.
