COMPANIONS’ AND HOMEMAKER SERVICES:

This service helps to prevent isolation, especially for the elderly living alone at home. It gives families peace of mind that someone is there to help keep them occupied and engaged. Homemaking services such as laundry, grocery shopping, cooking, light housekeeping, and assistance with personal hygiene.

Companionship such as card playing, puzzles, conversation, walks, and games. Help with dressing, showering and toileting. Supervision to ensure safety of the client. Client reminders to take their medication. Our companions’ and homemaker services extend beyond our client’s day to day activities, we also accompany our clients to functions, shopping errands, hair appointments, doctors’ appointments.

NURSING HOME/ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES SERVICES

Reliant Angels Homecare also understand that at times, loved ones might need that extra attention for their loved ones while in a Nursing home or assisted living facilities, we can also place caregivers to take care of your loved ones in these settings to assist with safety and companionship.

RESPITE CARE

Reliant Angels Homecare have developed ways to help family and caregivers to take time off from their caregiver role. This service serves as a backup Homecare service for your loved one. We can customize a plan to fit your specific needs. Our caregiver can provide any of our services offered, Companion and Homemaking Services can be short term or 24 hours if needed.

POST HOSPITAL/ REHAB CARE

Reliant Angels Homecare communicate and build relationships with the hospital and Rehab facilities in order to offer companion services, hourly or live-in services. Patients discharging from these facilities sometimes need additional help when they go home. Our goal at Reliant Angels Homecare is to ensure we deliver the best care possible to meet all our clients need.
