frustrated in CT

2 back to back no-shows, with no phone calls. Cancellation notices late or near appointed times. Disappointing office staff. For the most part, caregiver are fine, too bad they work for this company.

The company that handled my care found Caring Solutions for me. The girl that they sent to me is just terrific. I couldn't ask for a better person. She's very good to me. She takes very good care of me and my house. She's just overall wonderful. She's very dedicated to her work.

Caring Solutions is a good company. I have two aides who come in and work for me. All I can say is that I'm happy. I'm satisfied at what they do. Generally, all is good with them.

I met a person in church and she referred Caring Solutions to me. I have Linda right now as my caregiver. They sent her first and I like her very much. She's very efficient. She doesn't have to be told on what to do. She gets right to working and get things done.

I'm satisfied with Caring Solutions that's why I'm still using them for 12 years now. They send me an aide twice a week. I don't have any problems with them. They are very professional. They do their job and I'm just satisfied with their service.

My sister found Caring Solutions for me. The two ladies I have are wonderful. I really like them here. They have good sense of humor. They are taking good care of my mother.

We've been using Caring Solutions for several years now. Kim, our caregiver does a great job. She helps my mother out with anything she needs. They get along really well. She has a really good personality. She's a very caring person.

I've been with Caring Solutions for 2 years. I had one caregiver who stayed for a year. The second caregiver stayed for 4 months and then the original one came back just last week. They're very helpful. They do everything that I ask. I'm very satisfied with their care.
