Right at Home provides personalized in-home support and assistance for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our trained companions provide help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation and more. Custom Plans
We know everyone’s needs are different, that’s why we create custom, client-centered support plans based on our unique five-step approach. We take the time to get to know you or your loved one including personal history, daily routines, personal lifestyle and preferences. This is really important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of support and assistance you need and match you with the best companion to help you continue to live successfully at home – or wherever you call home.
Non-Medical Training and Supervision
When you choose Right at Home you can rest assured our companions and homemakers are ready to deliver the support and assistance you or your loved one needs. Every home companion goes through an extensive interview process including background checks. We provide initial training through our Right at Home University before they are able to provide personal assistance, and ongoing training to support best practices. All of our companions are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured. And we routinely check up on our client and companions, making surprise visits just to see how things are going, so that you can feel assured you or your loved one is getting the best support and assistance.

The most impactful service is keeping my mother safe while she is at home.

They have helped the most with by making sure I get someone here. I have had about 5 different aides in the last 8 months. I now have one that is pretty steady.
I think they have improved since I first started with them. Some of the aides were very efficient, and I was disappointed when they had to send in a new aide.

Everything has been above standard. Their communication and between the healthcare workers everything seems to work out. Colleen is the main one I contact and she makes things easy.
I like the young lady we deal with, Colleen. She always calls me and there has been a few times where they couldn't provide care and she gives me notice so I can plan accordingly with my work schedule.

I would rather be by myself. Some of them were nice, but they would drive me nuts. They would sleep most of the day and then come back at night. I don't really like having them here.
I wasn't too crazy about them. They would come and sleep a lot.

My mother is doing great with the aide we have now. The other aide was very paranoid about my mom's condition and her getting hurt. My mother is doing so much better. The aide is very attentive. My mother is doing great.
When you call someone picks up the phone. You don't have to leave a message and wait for a call back. When they first bring a caregiver to the house, the manager person does an orientation and introduction. They are very professional.

Their staffing pool is not very deep, so having a variety of caregivers to choose from is a little difficult.

My only complaint is the scheduling. It changes from week to week.

Right now it is very good. We have two wonderful aides.
For instance with the weather they called yesterday to say no one is coming on Thursday. They keep you in touch with things.

He is very easy to communicate with and my husband is comfortable with him. He helps me with anything I might need and asks me if he can do anything for me.
I don't have that much experience with them yet, but so far with the caregiver we have now, they are doing good.

Awful service and staff. My father received horrible care. The office staff was very rude. Do yourself a favor and try other companies before going to this one.

I'd like the same one or two people to come to the house all the time. I get nervous with new people.
