The fact that I know the caregivers are there means we don't have to be worried about Peter.
Gordon and the other folks in the office are very responsive to questions and concerns. The caregivers are also responsible.

It couldn't be any more of a positive experience. Their flexibility and responsiveness are very specific to our specific requests.
I like this agency because I feel comfortable speaking to them, they listen well, respond well, and are flexible.

We couldn't operate without them. They have made a huge impact; these caregivers are like family to us.

I like that they are always able to fill my schedule at the last minute.

I am able to go shopping and my business when they are here. I like having them here. When someone is there I don't have to do those things that are time-consuming.
They are very helpful, they come when we need them and we can change days if necessary.

It eliminates the worry about my father getting up in the morning and about his safety.
There is excellent communication from the coordinator when you have any requests. They are very good at follow up.

She had their services for about six months and without them, she would've been in the hospital or dead. They definitely enabled her to stay at home safely.

They always have someone readily available, and it allows me not to take off time from work when my kids don't have school.
I think they need consistency of care. I had two people from them, and one was amazing and the other was definitely not.

The quality of the cooking is something I still have not been able to get to the point of them being outstanding.

I do not have to worry about my mother, even though I live far away. It provides peace of mind.
I am always in touch with the couple that run it. The caregivers that they choose are selected properly for my mother. They give good attention to detail.

My loved one is very disabled and can do very little for himself. I think if we didn't have SYNERGY HomeCare, he would have to go to a home. My mother, who is the primary caregiver, is also elderly.

I would recommend SYNERGY HomeCare because I think that their willingness to take on a tough client is great, and I appreciate their flexibility and work ethic. The caregivers care about the client. I just got off the phone with Margaret! She coordinates everything for me.

SYNERGY HomeCare tries to accommodate me the best that they can, and the people that work for them are very compassionate. It is easier for me to work and do the things that I need to do because of the services from SYNERGY HomeCare.

SYNERGY HomeCare has good people who are personable, young, warm, vivacious, and they don't sit around and wait to be told to do something. The service makes it so I don't have to be over with the client three or four times a day and I don't have to worry about her.

Everyone that has come to care for my mom has been great. The owners are upfront and honest. I like the reason why they started the business. The services allow me to work. They do the things that I should not be doing.
