Right at Home provides personalized in-home support and assistance for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our trained companions provide help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation and more. Custom Plans
We know everyone’s needs are different, that’s why we create custom, client-centered support plans based on our unique five-step approach. We take the time to get to know you or your loved one including personal history, daily routines, personal lifestyle and preferences. This is really important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of support and assistance you need and match you with the best companion to help you continue to live successfully at home – or wherever you call home.
Non-Medical Training and Supervision
When you choose Right at Home you can rest assured our companions and homemakers are ready to deliver the support and assistance you or your loved one needs. Every home companion goes through an extensive interview process including background checks. We provide initial training through our Right at Home University before they are able to provide personal assistance, and ongoing training to support best practices. All of our companions are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured. And we routinely check up on our client and companions, making surprise visits just to see how things are going, so that you can feel assured you or your loved one is getting the best support and assistance.

They do what I tell them to do.
I'm not sure about it's the best right now. Before the merger it was pretty good. But now, it's a little difficult to get to the point with the office and to reschedule. I hope it's settling down. I'm hoping things will go right.

The provider has helped the most by making breakfast and lunch. The caregivers prepare that and do a lot of other things, that makes life a lot easier for me with my wife.
I like that the people Right at Home has sent, have been very good. They are easy to work with.

We have the luxury of someone else there who is checking on the client, they see that she is eating and such when I am not in the area. It gives the client a higher quality of life.
They should make sure to have more available people to cover the schedule.

We had a lot of caregivers that were terrible, but we are glad we found this one and hope for the future. We had a doctor's appointment recently and she came out of her way to help.
They are very helpful for my family, they already know what he wants and expects when they come out.

They did make sure I didn't fall down. My wife could sleep and not worry about me.
They had a caregiver sent out that was not capable to do the work. They could not find people as needed.

The help with the dishes is the most helpful. They also help me remember to take my pills.
Some of them are very good, we finally got a caregiver that really suits us.

Excellent! My 97 year old mother has used their services for many years. It amazes me how they always seem to have quality aides available when needed. The office staff and the owners are always quick to respond and know their stuff. I highly recommend them.

Our overall experience with Right at Home is very good. We are using them for my mother. They provide help with ambulation, bathing, ADL, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. The caregivers are very compassionate. I would recommend them.

I was hit by a car and had multiple things that needed to be done for me. The caregiver that they assigned to me was excellent in every way.
I think that they are terrific. I liked the caregiver that they assigned to me very much. I liked that they checked in with me about my caregiver and came to the house once or twice to check on things.

I'm a fall-risk and need instant care. I don't need to worry about doing things myself. I have very helpful people that help me get out of chairs. They also do my household assistance correctly; I don't have to micromanage them. They just know what to do.
They are able to provide 24-hour care immediately. I like their professionalism and that they deliver what they promise.

They assist my parents with activities that they aren't able to do.
They are very responsive and call right away. I listed to some of the training they gave their caregivers, and I like what I heard. My mom is a little difficult because of her dementia, but the caregiver they did send has work out very well.

It's very important to have someone here with me. They help me when they are pleasant and cooperative.
Some caregivers are nice, and some aren't. Some are more independent.

They have helped me in so many ways. They make meals for me, take me to the house, and there is little they won't do. They will do anything I ask.
They are excellent, there are so many good experiences. I am 90-years-old and can't drive and they take me where I need to go.

Right at Home has been able to provide consistent caregivers for my aunt 24/7.There's nothing else that Right at Home could do to improve my satisfaction. The caregivers take great care of my aunt. She doesn't have anyone else to take care of her.
