I can't imagine a more thoughtful thorough wonderful agency. The caregivers and management go way past normal expectations. Wish I could give more stars.

We had a terrific experience with Comfort Keepers. My father underwent a full hip replacement 2 years ago and we hired CK to provide 24 hour care for him at his home. Maria and her staff were attentive, responsible and caring and we knew from the onset that my father would be in excellent hands. As adult daughters, my sister and I were comfortable and confident in his care during his rehabilitation in his home. His caretaker watched him with vigilance and patience and we are forever grateful for her care. We felt like he was being cared for by a family member. I am happy to say that he is walking beautifully and we can hardly recall the hip that was replaced. I completely recommend Comfort Keepers.

Comfort Keepers gave home care for my mom when she was at the end of her life. The caregivers who took care of my mom, Viola and Miriam were excellant. I could not have asked for the caregivers to do a better job. They were warm and caring. I will never forget the day i arrived and one of the caregivers was singing to my mom at her bedside.
We hired Comfort Keepers after my family had tried a different agency. That caregiver was very uncooperative, had many personal demands and was more concerned about herself than my mom.
The management of Comfort Keepers was excellant. They communicated with me and my siblings. Some of the family is long distance so this was very helpful. The Client supervisor/nurse was really great. My sister is a nurse, so she could tell the agency was doing a really great job.
I am so grateful my family found Comfort Keepers to help us and give my mom the care she needed.

Finding a professional in-home care provider is not always an easy task. And when you have an immediate need to fulfill the process can be very stressful. I have to say that Maria C. from Comfort Keepers, Bloomfield, CT helped me through the process to find a wonderful companion from her awesome staff that was a great match for my mother. Thank you, Comfort Keepers.

My mom's new Comfort Keeper, Evan, has won her heart and made a difference in mom's life almost over night! Maria and her staff are terrific and very attentive to the family's needs. When we lost our last senor care aide, my mother was not only disappointed but fearful that we would be able to find a replacement. We not only found a 'replacement' BUT a new member of the family that she looks forward to being with during the week. Thank you Comfort Keepers of Bloomfield, CT for making the transition easy for mom and family.

Our caregiver was great but management seemed more concerned about the bottom line than providing good care.
