We compare things as safety. If Roger cannot pick things up then they will do it.
They are very reliable when sending caregivers. They are also very consistent.

I need someone who can cook for me.
They could improve by doing what they are supposed to do.They come out and visit but I don't know what they tell them to do.

I am more mobile with the caregiver around, she drives me places.
Everything is taken care of, I don't have to worry about it.

We can't leave my mother for any length of time; so having them come in every other Saturday helps us be able to leave the house.
Primarily, I like the flexibility they offer you. We deal with people in one office and it seems kind of intimate. You feel like you know the people who run the place; which is nice.

They do everything I need them to do. It's good service.
I would like to see them be more on time. They could be more consistent with when someone normally shows up, and if someone doesn't show up, they could send someone else.

I didn't need them that desperately. I found out that I could do more than they thought I could.
I particularly liked the woman who came during the day. She was excellent and took care of any needs I had and offered to do things I didn't even know I needed. She was very personable and knowledgeable.

If the caregivers would just come in and get busy. I don't like to have to tell them what to do all the time.
I think they could be more attentive. The caregivers don't need to wait to be told what to do. It frustrates me when I have to tell them what to do.

They keep her company.
We have not been with them too long. One SYNERGY closed, and we got sent to another. A lot of the times with the first company. There was a lack of communication and people wouldn't show up.

They have messed up on scheduling. The aides could also use more official training on Alzheimer's and personal care.
Right now, they are not doing great. I have been looking at places because of lots of scheduling mix ups.

Our current caregiver does a lot of things for us, such as washing the laundry. I need someone who can take care of my wife, which is why we have the service.
We had caregivers who didn't last long enough. Now, we have a good caregiver who comes three days a week.

They show up on time and do whatever we ask them to do. They make my loved one's life easier, which makes things easier for me while I'm at work.
They have a personal touch. They always contact me about who is coming. Everyone who has worked with us has been wonderful. I've used other agencies, and they don't even compare to SYNERGY HomeCare.

They have just been efficient, attentive, and pleasant. That is the first thing that all of us noticed, how pleasant they all were.
I don't have enough experience with all the aides. The communication could do better, we had a problem with getting a schedule so we knew who is coming, and they worked on it and it has become better.
