For over 20 years, H&H Home Care has helped senior citizens maintain the dignity and safety of continuing to live in the comfort and security of their own homes throughout their golden years. We provide the care you would provide to your own family member, through customized care plans that focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for your loved one, which may include any combination of the following: personal care; respite care; household chores; chaperoning; companionship; special attention for those with dementia, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease; and continued physical therapy exercise (per instruction/direction from physical therapist). We also provide consistent communication and progress reports to ensure your loved one’s needs are met. Our professional team consists of on-call registered nurse (RN) supervision, social worker, state-certified nurse’s aides (CNA), home health aides (HHA), homemakers and companions. We provide a full range of care, from hourly to 24-hour live-in caregivers, as well as private-duty caregivers in hospital, nursing home, hospice and assisted living settings.

H & H Home Care has taken care of both of our parents for over 5 years now. Their staff is dedicated to making sure that all of their clients' needs are met and are wonderful companions as well.
