Quite honestly I feel this agency was absolutely the right choice for my family. They have been very responsive to problems as well as requests and issues that have arisen along the way. We are very satisfied as discussed in review.

I have been using Griswold Home Care for 8 years now. The caregiver helps me with everything. She helps me washed my hair this morning. She has been with me for 8 years, and I won't let her go. I can't go to the doctor because I forget what they tell me and if my family asks me, I don't know, so my caregiver has to tell them what the doctor said. However, when she isn't here they are not able to send a replacement. That's the only thing I have against Griswold. But they really care. The girls have to call in and they write everything. My girl is just wonderful. I just told her today I miss hugging her.

My mother-in-law passed away but she used Griswold for five years. We had an absolutely phenomenal experience with them. They came into the home after she had broken her hip and her shoulder and was being discharged. We were still raising children then, and we needed somebody to be able to get us to the point where she could come home and have assistance in her home because she was 92 at the time. It was also very obvious that she wasn't going to be able to take care of herself anywhere on her own. We brought Griswold into the home and never looked back. We had two fabulous caregivers for two-and-a-half years for each of them and never had an issue. We're absolutely satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Since December 2014, Griswold has been providing 24/7 caregiver for my mother-in-law. She fell and broke her femur and had to have a femur reconstruction and a hip replacement. The people at rehab said that she needed to come home with 24/7 care because she had weight bearing issues on her left leg. She was basically unable to stand for more than 10 minutes, so meal prep was out of the question. Caregiver assist her with meals, bathe her, took care of the house, laundry, cleaning, make her bed, and help with dressing. Griswold was amazing as more task were needed and they were very accommodating. As my mother-in-law decline, they were able to step up to the plate and take care all of her needs. The only thing the caregiver does not do is grocery shopping. I do the grocery shopping. The caregiver that my mother-in-law has for the past almost 4 years has been amazing, wonderful, very loving, very caring, very responsible, and she's like a family member. We feel very fortunate that we came across Griswold. They're amazing business that provides this kind of care. They're always there and always concern. The 24/7 caregiver went on a break and the past 2 people that have been providing care for the permanent caregiver have also been very accommodating and very caring. Once Kathy finds someone who fits what the need is they can find that person we're looking for. At least to give my mother-in-law peace of mind that she knows who is going to be coming. So that alleviates some stress knowing she'd be taken care of. She is 94 years old and is bedridden now.

I have been using Griswold Home Care for close to two years and our experience has been very positive. Carolyn has been a wonderful, reliable care giver and companion to my 98 year old mom. They get along and are very comfortable together. This year when my father-in-law fell, I called Jessica for help and she immediately had another care giver to meet our needs. Their service has been a great relief to our families.

They are there for any questions I have, and any needs we have, they're right there to help us acquire whatever help we need or equipment we need. My father-in-law has a live-in aide. She is there 24/7. She gets him up washed and dressed, she feeds him, she prepares his meals, and she is a companion. She also keeps the house immaculate.

We are happy with Griswold Home Care. They are very caring. They always send the good girls here. They're very nice and very helpful. We have been working with them for seven years now. They mostly help with bathing, they help with breakfast and lunch, they help shop, they help with cleaning, and they give me a bath. They're very responsible.

I think Griswold is the best. They have been so good to me and have always sent me caregivers who have been angels The service is great and they are always here for me especially when I got very sick. So far everyone that I have had has been great. They do the cleaning and make me my meals, and go grocery shopping for me.
