We hired Fairfield Family Care, they take care of my mother. She broke her back, so she needs help getting up, going to the bathroom, light housekeeping, and food. They're cooking food for her. They come 7 days a week, 18 hours a day. It's excellent, the caregivers are great and nice. No issue with scheduling; they call way ahead and let us know. Price is a little high but I knew it was going to be, and unfortunately, no insurance covers homecare.

My mother is using Fairfield Family Care. The caregiver is doing a decent job. My mother is hard to get along with, but we've been pretty happy with the caregiver. They give her her medications every day, they cook her meals, they help her with any daily activities like gardening, and they've been doing some projects like rearranging closets and other things that she can't reach or get to. I would recommend them.

We hired Fairfield Family Care and they came in for hourly services and one week of in-home care. They assisted with cooking, cleaning, they helped with my dad and whatever else they needed to help with. The caregivers were pretty good and very friendly. They looked into my parents needs and helped out in any way they could, like laundry, taking my dad back and forth to his medical appointments, helping with late-night cooking, and chores.

We've been using Fairfield Family Care for my husband. I'm satisfied and he has become satisfied as well. We have her coming in to our home just to make sure that his needs are met. She does light housekeeping, laundry, takes care of him, drives him and takes him into his doctors' appointments, to his barber, and even to his art class. She's been extraordinarily helpful.

Fairfield Family Care provides care for my mom who needs assistance with everyday activities. Companionship and help with daily activities has been excellent. The staff has been awesome, punctual and compassionate. We sought many home care providers before deciding on FFC. We hired Fairfield Family Care for mom. Their service was better, but the price was higher, and my brother was not happy with the billing. We got some nice caregivers from them. I liked the young girl caregiver, my mom really liked her, and she took good care of mom. The agency was quick to communicate with us.

Fairfield Family Care was the caregiver for my mom, Sylvia, who just pasted away. I only had 2 caregivers for 3 1/2 years. They dressed well and attended to my moms needs everyday without question. I cannot thank FFC enough for extending moms life through their kind efforts. Also, the office staff was very kind, gracious, warm and held my hand through the process.

I was with this Agency since mid October 2013. This Agency Team but more so it’s Director Gary embody the true meaning of support, assistance & comfort level. I reached out to them to assist me with both my parents. My dad, who is 89, has a heart condition (double bypass & 3 stents) & my mom, who is 81, has various conditions (brain & stomach aneurysm, Alzheimer, diabetes, low thyroids, among others). They came to me when I most needed them and were very efficient in finding an excellent fit for my parents. I cannot say enough of their efficiencies, professionalism & personal touch in meeting our needs. Thanks so much Team.

Amazing staff and so attentive! At first we were apprehensive to get care, thinking we could not afford it- but after experiencing the difference of how my mother acts and looks after having a weekly caregiver- we could never afford to be without Fairfield Family Care! Thank you for the wonderful service to my in-laws!!! Heather was amazing!! She not only found us the perfect caregiver who was intelligent and experienced but you helped them stay comfortably and safely in their home well beyond their and my ability to care for them. I was amazed with the meals they ate, the administration of medication, the hygiene practices, cleanliness of the house and clothes. So much of your efforts made life at home joyful again. The caregivers kept excellent notes that helped the doctor manage their health and kept my husband and I abreast of all the details that we read over to feel close to them!!!
