I have a good caregiver now. She doesn't steal and knows exactly what to do.
They were recommended as being kind and caring, and they have been.

If he went on a rant, they would let him talk and listen to him.
I like that a lot of the caregivers were really good to my grandfather.

They show up and take care of my mother in law which helps me a lot and relieves some stress.
They have met all of our expectations and have done everything that they said they would do for us which has been really nice.

Thank goodness I'm not bedridden yet. There is not much more they can do. They want to be extra helpful and that is good.
They have sent me a very nice woman who has been with me a while.

It was helpful for me to have them here, so I could get things done.
I would like if they could have the same caregiver all the time, switching around a lot confuses my husband.

They help me do things that I am not able to do.
Its been improved over time but we have had some confusion over who is coming for the day. We had some cancellations and people not showing up.

They could be more observant. I had a caregiver come here on Monday and she washed my clothes. Instead of putting them in the dryer, she hung them all up and they were all wrinkled so it left more work for me to do.
They could train the caregivers to be more observant of what they have to do.

She likes my dog for one thing. She visits and asks me if there's anything else she could do other than her regular duties.
The caregiver comes in and knows what to do. She gets it done very nicely.

The things that they do, I don't have to do for my parents, so it saves me time.
They always keep me involved in whats going on what going on with my parents. They are responsive.

They have just taken care of her well. They are good to work with and I've gotten to know some of the caregivers a little bit.
We've had a few caregivers that were not up to par, but not to many.
