Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

They could maybe help a little bit more around the house.
They did do a price switch on me this Christmas. The fact they hiked their prices when I have them for 3 full days was upsetting. They increased the price by $3 an hour.

I can't bend or twist. She makes my bed. That is a great chore, because it is really hard to make. She does anything that is low down.

When they're here, they are great.
There was some difficulty at first to find good caregivers. There were weeks when I got little care. The weeks that they did show up, they were very helpful.

We have this service f to help with my grandma. They work very hard to get the right caregiver in the home. Care for her has changed several times over the past 6 months and they are always accommodating and kind They are responsive and dependable!

We have a lot going on with my wife, and it is nice to not have to worry about the house being clean.
I have no suggestions on how to improve. We are pretty satisfied and the caregivers are efficient.

I can't say enough about how much it means for me to have you guys come over. I'm completely disabled so if it weren't for you guys then I wouldn't have help. It has made my life so much better.

I really appreciate Macy, my caregiver, and what she does when she comes here. Sometimes there are special projects and she is very accommodating. The impact is that I am glad I don't have to look at that.

It wasn't bad. They got tired of hearing me out, and they told me they didn't want to serve me anymore. That was fine with me.
I had a young guy who was 27 years old. He was doing such a good job. He told me about all of the commotion, and he said he would hold onto the job as long as he could. He just got tired because they didn't even look at him when he wanted a raise. They wouldn't even thank him, so he quit.

They just need to have people who can interact with dementia patients. Most of them are scared of him.
They need to hire people who know dementia patients. They don't have anybody who feels comfortable with people with dementia and the things they do.

I work every day, 5 days a week, so it is hard for me to be there to help my mother because she has had two strokes. They are there when we can't be there.

They told us they would be here, and they took away hours. They told me that they needed to cut my hours because they couldn't schedule someone, but that was poor planning on their part.
The communication was poor. They never told us when someone wasn't coming, and they made up excuses. They said it was something about our phones.
