They help my wife get a shower and they tidy up.
My favorite thing about the agency is that the caregivers do what we wanted them to do.

They could change the vetting process for their employees. It's very hard to keep employees doing repetitive work. Their skill set is small.
They are easy to work with, and they offer two-hour windows.

They need to send the same person. Every time they send a new person, I end up doing it all.
They can call me back when they're supposed to and tell me who's coming. They tell me who's coming and another one comes.
