Under Sophia’s leadership, the company has grown from a small agency to a major home care organization in Colorado. I was impressed with how quick the Amber representative came to meet with me and my wife who has Alzheimer's. The representative explained the services and costs of Amber Personal Care. We explained that we primarily wanted companionship for my wife for around 4 hours twice a week while I took care of other matters. The representative also came to introduce the lady that began working with my wife. The lady that comes twice a week goes beyond the expected efforts to make her visits enjoyable for my wife. She also spends time helping clean different rooms and follows any request that we make. She comes into the house with a warm greeting to my wife and asks if there is anything that my wife wants her to do or if I want her to do anything. She is also timely and lets me know when traffic or other factors make her a few minutes late. When I have requested any changes, they have been very easy to work with and try to accommodate our requests. I highly recommend them to anyone needing help with a loved one that has dementia. Although we do not yet qualify for Medicaid, it is my understanding that Amber does accept Medicaid. If, or when, we do qualify, that will be very important.

We have been using Amber Personal Care for well over 6 months and couldn’t be happier with the service. Whenever they were going to be late we were notified in a timely fashion (this only happened a few times) and all of their employees were capable and caring. I highly recommend them.

I am the sister of a current client. Amber Care has gone out of their way to accommodate the needs of my sister who lives with disabilities. The staff in the office as well as the caregivers are empathetic and responsive to my sister's needs as well as my concerns for my sister. I highly recommend Amber for your loved one or for yourself!

We were grateful to have Amber Personal Care to help smooth out the transition of moving my mom back to Colorado. The staff was incredibly compassionate with my mom, during an incredibly difficult and stressful situation. Knowing that our mom began each day with a kind face and caring conversation gave my family great peace of mind. The staff is empathetic, professional and we would definitely contact them in the future if our needs changed.

Amber has been very helpful and accommodating. Started out using Amber to walk my dog dairy but as I need to request additional help, they're quick to respond and get me the services I need. All the providers have been extremely courteous and nice. Particularly love how they've taken a shine to my dog. It's important to me that they treat him like family and they do.

Amber Personal Care has been assisting my mother for almost 2 years, & they are an absolute Godsend! When I moved my mother here, I was so overwhelmed trying to do everything myself. I can’t tell you how much stress Amber Care has taken off my shoulders! I am now able to work full time, & have the peace of mind of knowing that my mother is in the responsible, caring hands of Amber Care. They are amazing, & I don’t know what we would do without them! The staff of Amber Home Care are truly exceptional. The care they provide is from very friendly and dedicated people. The care that our mom received encouraged her to do more activities she liked. They are compassionate and dedicated to making sure every need of their clients are met.
